Nothing that I can think of! Everything was as expected, and we well cared for during our stay.

Hotel was very well located just off the highway but it was very quiet! The room was clean and well cared for. Staff was informative and helpful for everything we needed. Certainly will stay again if in the neighborhood.

The only thing that could be improved was to maybe put a thinner curtain in front of our window in addition to the thick one. We were on the first floor and if the curtains were open, everyone can look inside, especially at night. Also, I know that this can't be helped but we did hear some dogs barking at night, but that can be expected when they allow dogs (that didn't bother us much though).

The room was clean, it was the perfect accommodation for the Nordic Fire Festival we attended as it was in walking distance. I loved that there was breakfast in the morning. They had coffee, tea, juices, bagels and a waffle maker, fruit and and the staff was very friendly.

Reasonable rate for room was less reasonable with $25 "sanitation charge" per pet. Room had not been updated in a while and personally hate carpets in hotel rooms.

There were a lot of out of town workers and some were right outside the side entrance smoking weed. I don't have an issue with weed, but at least walk out in the parking lot a little.

Convenient location off the highway and a short drive into the city. (J & J Eaton restaurant on Cochran in the downtown area had excellent, reasonably priced food, including delicious HOMEMADE pies.) Motel had free, basic, contenintal breakfast.

Need to have an elevator. I had a baby with stroller and quite a bit of other stuff. First room key didn't work. Lock was broke, no one informed front desk person.

Place could use some minor fixes, repairs/update. Also give y'all AC system a break lol. Poor things run non stop (set at 60*) and have condensation dripping from them (inside). Overall good service. Would return.

No protein selections at breakfast. All carbs. Understandable in a small town setting that may not be super busy, but maybe some prepacked hard boiled eggs. Even still, nice place to stay.

Staff was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. Our special requests were done without us reminding them. Room was great! Spa tub nice and relaxing, bed comfortable, air worked good, clean, updated. Nice place. We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast items were very limited that's why we preferred to eat out for breakfast. Hotel was close to all activities that we had planned to attend. Easy access to interstate highway.

I specifically requested a room on the main floor because my wife and I both have leg problems and was assured that was no problem. I was contacted that they had to "upgrade" our room and that it was still on the main floor. When I checked in I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear singing from the door next door.

The breakfast was okay. It really was sort of like a pack & go breakfast. The coffee was good.
