You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaThe facility is too old. There is a phone at the bedside table but I noticed it was not connected or plugged & was inoperable. Another $20- was added to my bill....more than what was quoted via booking.com.
i was there to meet up friends whose child is a medical student at Merritt U. Comfy bed...good enough for an overnight stay. It was easy for the guy at the office/ counter to switch me to a non- smoking room after I told him that my room is smelling like cigarette and cigarette butts. Thank you so much.....Well kept and watched parking area. I saw a roving security person around that was keeping watch the parking area and the property as a whole. Feeling safe😍. I love the little paper at the office lobby where it is suggesting us a safety stay via a link. See it in photo I sent. Thank You so much ...loved my stay and it os closed to Meritt U.

United States of AmericaWasn't expecting anything glamourous, but the room was really unhygienic and gross. -The carpet and floors were very sticky. -Didn't shower as the ceiling in the shower was really low and completely covered in mold, and looked like it was about to collapse. -It didn't look like the cleaning crew did a very through job either as there was a pair of slippers and an empty shot of whiskey under the bed. -TV and cable were very mediocre. No channel or menu listing, so every channel is a surprise! -The location looked OK, but I got a weird knock at the door two separate times in the middle of the night. I didn't answer of course, and they got spooked the 2nd time when I yelled through the door for them to "F Off." -The room phone is basically a prop

United States of AmericaRight before we got to the hotel we stopped to grab something to eat. I dropped my wallet unknowingly and when we arrived at the hotel to check in. I realized I had left my wallet, The women at the front desk understood and still accommodated us since it was booked under my name. The first day there, the owners of the hotel contacted us while we were at a concert and asked us if we had gotten the wallet. Good thing we drove three hours back to the location and they had my wallet. We told the owners at the hotel we did have the wallet and will return to the hotel around 10. They told us that we needed to send pictures of my ID ASAP. No problem I figured. But then they proceeded to call us every hour telling us we had to send an email of the id, send an email to booking.com and all this other extra stuff. All this while we were at a concert, we asked the owners if this can wait until we got back, they were adamant that we do that now. So they proceeded to call us non stop and make sure everything was settled. But we did it and with no complaints since we figured it was my mistake for leaving my wallet. The second day. We woke up early and went for a hike, it as 80 degree weather. When we returned around 2pm, our A/C was not working. We didn't leave it on. We called the front desk and asked if someone can take a look. They told us that the maintenance guy will come from 2-3 hours. We asked if they can accommodate us since we couldn't wait two hours we had somewhere to be in the next hour and half. They straight up told us no. My bf then clarified that they said no and asked to move our room then. They took it back and said they will send someone in the next 15 mins. We waited 20 mins, nothing. We called again and they said the guy is coming, another 10 mins pass. We called again and reminded them of the day before, someone came 2 mins later. They couldn't fix the A/C so they moved us to another room w/ no fridge or microwave.
The women at the front desk was very accommodating and understanding that I had lost my wallet. The rooms were clean nothing special. Great area, literally 2 mins away from Lake Merrit.
