Rooms were old. The room my dad had smelled disgustingly humid. Location was accessible, off the main road. However, pictures were beyond misleading and very old. These were basically apartments for many people. Signs all over that said non-smoking, and people were smoking like chimneys outside sitting in chairs outside their rooms. People going in and out sitting outside in a chair next to their rooms, tooms looking like they live there, basically, like an apartment complex. The pool was disgusting and had stagnant water with trash. Napped during the day and people kept shouting and cussing outside. Overall, terrible and sketchy complex.

Staff was excellent. Very professional, polite, and welcoming.

Had to pay a $60 refundable room deposit. This should be in the advertising. The room was non smoking but it smelled like the air fresheners used to hid smoke smell. You could hear people in the next room all night partying.

No coffee one day and the breakfast option was very small. Room smell like pot from the bathroom occasionally. Was hoping to have a pool.

Price and location was as expected . Internet was good. I like that we had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

Room needed a lot of up-keeping as far as cleanliness. We are used to having our room tended to on a daily basis:; clean towels, bedding checked, floor swept, etc. Stayed three days and room never checked. Advertised breakfast but breakfast was a joke. Dry cereal. Had to get cup from office to drink coffee. Essentially, "no breakfast".

The beds were HIGHLY uncomfortable. Cheapest beds you could possibly find. Other guests and the location was very sketchy. Everyone was watching your every move. Even through the windows as you walked to your room. Didn’t feel like a safe environment. The pictures had to be when the location first opened. Pool was also closed… in 90 degree summer weather. The man at the front desk was very nice, the ladies however, not as much. Personal preference, but I won’t be staying here again.

The room itself was clean. And the A/C was magnificent.

When we got to the motel and checked in, we were given keys. Upon arriving in the room, we found the room to already be rented to people. The motel was dirty. It smelled bad and the staff acted like they didn’t know what they were doing.

The TV did not work. The window did not lock the towels and sheets were all stained .when I got in the shower Dirt was washed off of my feet just from walking on the floor.Dogs that people left outside their door barked all night.There were drug deals in the parking lot police involved, this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was actually scared to stay there. I did not stay the second night that I had reserved. I drove two hours home and two hours back for my meeting the next day.

Wifi is touchy, staff is unresponsive, stairs are not built properly, beds aren't comfortable, staff unavailable at night, a very loud alarm on the fire panel was sounding all night and no staff was available.

This is a very “rough” area. Lots of people around who were not “officially” staying there hanging out in lobby until early morning/late night. Walls paper thin, could hear every conversation, cough, laugh, party, etc around us. When we arrived, we were told to park out front because those cameras “still work” and they could keep an eye on our vehicle. There was NO staff on Sunday night. The office was CLOSED. Originally made the reservation for four people, but fortunately only two of us came and stayed bc the room and beds were tiny (and also painted an obnoxious bright blue color). The breakfast was not a breakfast. Two cereal dispensers that were a mess- and a gallon jug of milk in a small fridge. There were people living here, it’s not just a hotel. The cleaning crew also vacuumed at 10:30 pm. It was a very loud environment and made for rough sleeping. I’ve stayed in outdated places but have never been in one this bad. Our bathroom door had been patched, the ceiling looked like it could cave in, the carpet had ripped spots, the bed frame had a phone number etched in the headboard…. I could go on. I won’t book there again and would not recommend.

False advertisement and pool not in service. Homeless and druggy people all on the property. Water leak in the game room. Also cockroaches in rooms, shower curtain fell down while taking a shower. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. If i was to rate this 0-10 it would be a 0. Overall worst hotel i've stayed in. Coming from out of town to enjoy a nice hotel but it was definitely the opposite. I didn't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot with the people waking around and people staying up very late to knock on people's doors is not right

Poor breakfast - only two types of cereal and coffee. I am not a coffee drinker or cereal eater No fruit, yogurt or bread for toast View of empty, dirty swimming pool not nice. Jerry-rigged electrical for TV, rfefrigerator, microwave. Didn't look very safe.

Attending a wedding - close and convenient to others renting a house. Counter clerks very personable and helpful. They were a bright spot. Room was clean and comfortable.

Noisy, kids running around outside our room all hours and yelling back and forth - running around floor above us at night. Had to use ear plugs in order to get to sleep. Smelly garbage container outside our window. Police in parking lot when we arrived - said they make numerous calls for car break ins, etc. Not safe to leave anything in your car overnight. Had to pay in advance with no refund or would have left immediately after arrival. Phone mis-plugged into loose wires in box in hole in the wall. Worse motel ever stayed in - name misleading also as I thought it was in Greeley.

Nothing was liked. Very poor excuse of a breakfast. Cup of Noodles and 2 kinds of cold cereal. Sour milk. Had to ask at desk for cup, bowl, plastic ware, etc. Apparently everything got stolen if left out.

It could've been a tad bit cleaner. I had ended up buying a couple small bottles of cleaning supplies and wiped down the bedcover as it felt like it had sand or dirt on it and so did the floors. Other than that it was very clean, comparably better than others of the same price range. The one thing I didn't, like or understand, was my g.f came by and had accidentally dropped some make up, foundation on the floor by the sink and I had to use a towel to clean it up because I didn't want to just leave it and I didn't have any other towels with me. But I was informed that I could've been charged for dirtying the towels. They get washed with bleach, I would hope anyway, so why could I have been charged had there not been a miscommunication between staffing?

The staff, in particular the gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally courteous and friendly. He really made my stay more pleasant than it already was, and due to him in particular I would definitely recommend this motel to others as well

The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle. Yet, you had Kum n Go, Laundromat, Family dollar, in walking distance. The price was acceptionally affordable. Staff was awesome
