We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI originally booked four days. My wife got there first around 7pm and I got there around 3am that night. I told my wife to add another day for a total of 5 days and I gave her cash to pay for the whole thing in full. The policy is that they charge you for one day while you book the room which was perfectly fine but they charge my card and had me pay for all 5 days which came out to the total of paying for 6 days in full. I didn't notice until the bank took out the money for one day. Then I was like, if I paid for everything in cash why did they also charge my card. I brought this up to the manager and they gave me a run a round the first day and didn't want to reimburse me for one day since they changed me for 6 days and I only wanted 5 days. Then the manager tried to play by saying I'll give you one free day no charge. I said no. I don't need a free day since I am only saying 5 days. I just need you to give me my money back for one day since you charged me for 6 days and I only asked for 5 days. He had such an attitude. He was very rude and disrespectful. Other than him, the stay was very good. Even with this misunderstanding I would still go back. I just would double check how much they try to charge me. Oh, they did give me my money back.
I love everything. The staff, room,and everything was wonderful.

The room is modern and very clean. The bath is nice, modern, well lit and very clean. There were people outside and could hear them but they didn't stay up late.

United States of AmericaDust on top of headboard. Trash under mattress. Both found while looking for cealing fan remote that was set to high and the light off. Never got remote so a member of our group of 2 slept on couch in living room. Extra blankets were requested and recieved..received... smelling of body odor. Bedroom door handle was not attached so kept coming off. We eventually gave up and put it on dresser. Saw roaches, staff was not friendly. No coffee maker (thankfully Starbucks was close) When checking out, I brought the door handle and he said "ok, we will fix it. Have a goodnight." I had to ask for a receipt which seemed to annoy him.
It had walls, roof, running water, bed, ac. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pumps in the shower. Location was good. Bathroom lighting was nice with lights around the mirrors.
