The bathroom fixtures were worn, but this is expected in a historic hotel built in the 1940's. The hotel room rates at the Clewiston Inn, and every other motel in Clewiston, are excessive.

I have stayed in the Clewiston Inn before. Everything was as expected. The room was comfortable.

This was my second time staying here, and I always bring my towels, blanket and pillow, cleaning products etc. I felt as if the sheets, or towels were not clean, they had a dingy look. I realized this is an historical building, but we are in 2024 and I just think there should be an upgrade on all.

I loved that it was surrounded by everything. If I just wanted to walk, I could have.🖤

The bed linens need to be upgraded. And the carpet needed to be shampooed. Also, the water in the shower didn't drain properly. I always report this to management so they can work on improvements.

The staff was very courteous and helpful in accommodations. It is the most economical hotel in the area.

They don't sell detergent when they have a washer and dryer for customers to use. And there were no snacks or drinks to purchase.

The hotel was kept original as it was when it was first built. It was beautiful. The current owners are now in the process of slowly restoring things that don't work such as the ice machine, coke machines and a formal dining room. But overall it's a beautiful hotel.

There was no smoke detector in our room, no fire escape instructions, no instructions as to how to access the wifi in the room. The carpet was iffy, the entrance door and jam could use some cleaning or fresh paint as well as the bottom of the bathroom door. We enjoyed the proximity to the park which also was beautifully decorated. I was mostly concerned with the fire alarm and escape map info and wifi access.

The building is a beautiful historic building and we noticed that some upgrades had been made, esp in the bathroom which was perfect.the Inn was beautifully decorated for the holidays, some was antique, along with other historic pieces. Continental breakfast items were available but we were meeting friends but next time will check it out.

The breakfast room could have been better maintained.

The young woman who greeted us at the reception desk was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was easy to find, there was plenty of parking, there was a very nice lobby, and there were nice historical photographs in the hallways. When we checked in, we asked for a room on the ground floor and were given one, but it was obvious that it had very recently been painted and the window could not be opened for fresh air. I had to go back to the front desk since the door would not open; I found that it needed a strong push, as it had nearly been painted shut. Since we were staying for only one night, we didn’t ask to be moved. The torn shower curtain should be replaced, but otherwise we liked the historical room very much.

It would be a nice place once remodeled better. All I noticed was new carpet and that even smelled musty.

The curtains were stained brown, there was no hot water in the sink, the tub looks like it was never cleaned, there was not much to the breakfast pop tarts no muffins.

The building is quite old and odd smells are everywhere. The facilities are a little run down and refurbishments are necessary. The bed seemed very old and was very squeeckey and shakey.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the price for the stay was hard to beat.

Breakfast was a disaster no coffee, no eats of any kind and long wait for waffle, left. Too much softner in bedding could smell all night. took awhile to get to sleep .
