The room was so dirty requested it be cleaned then they couldn't get it cleaned we checked several older rooms that were not up to standard either we ended up cleaning the room ourselves so we had a place to stay... Manager was supposed to call and work with us for a discount or a refund but never did disappointed

The external stairwell is dark and hazardous, and the exterior trash bins are nasty, which allows for flies swarming and maggot growth, the carpet in the room looked in good shape but the room smells like musty carpet. The drapes were shabby (not in a good way), and the bath became stopped up from showering, and it took a week for maintenance. They don't provide an itemized billing receipt for your stay, just a gas station-like receipt each time you pay. You will need your own personal toiletries.

The staff is nice, hospitable, and attentive. The weekly rate is great for the location to comparable hotels in the area, and there are a few. It is quiet. You can pay by cash or credit.

1st room was not clean at all. Empty bottles and beer cans under the bed. Room looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Mattress was dirty and nasty there where food crumbs in the bed. Decided to try a different room. Not much better. The bed did appear cleaner

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

When we got there we were told to go look at the room before paying because there were no refunds. When we had concerns about the room we saw, instead of being offered another option of room, we were told we could cancel our reservation and go somewhere else. The sheets were stained but we were given new ones to change. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and they must know that because there was a plunger left by it. We were on the ground floor next to the stairwell with sheer curtains that blew open with the air conditioner unit, with no privacy. The walls were thin so you hear everything the neighbors are doing or watching. We chose a place that advertised breakfast included, but there was no breakfast. They said it was due to Covid, but other hotels have resumed breakfast services.

Some one was looking into my room from window. Construction hard to get back and forth. Really felt like sheets probably needed to be changed.
