Hotel Room looks recently refurbished. Was very clean and silent. Located in a good part of DTLA. Many shops, stores and restaurants by walking distance. I was allowed to do an early checking. Good parking on premises. Room have a small refrigerator and microwave plus a giant smart TV.

to many rules like, one of them was don’t use towels to take off make up. I believe that you can do what to please with them as long as you don’t take them. Also I saw a few rats outside the property.

The hot water supply in tap is a bit disappointing, especially the water basin, we never get hot water there.

The location is excellent, downtown LA, near to every attraction point. Room is clean and big, we took the suite. Price is reasonable.

One of the bed frames was very noisy when you moved. The bathroom door would not latch closed.

The description should let you know you'll have to pay for parking. I stayed here a couple of years ago and the parking was free which was one of the reasons I booked here again. I was disappointed to find out it's 15 bucks to park there. Also, check in is not at 2pm but I look at this as a Booking.com problem, not the hotel. Our room had windows above the closet area that had no blinds or coverings so it was hard to block light out to sleep. I ended up using my car's sun visor to cover the small windows above the closet. The room looked like it could use some touch ups with paint but to the hotel's credit it did look like a lot of renovations were going on during my stay so maybe our room was not touched up yet.

It's really close to L.A. Live which was why I booked there. It's also near a Target, Starbucks and the 7th St. Metro Center for more access throughout the city. The room was a little worn but overall clean so this is more of a place to rest your head not a 5 star resort so keep your expectations realistic for what you're paying for to stay near DTLA. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave, hair dryer & iron.

The staff. First. I did request late checkin and late checkout because of my flight schedule. They responded my request by approving it. On the day I hv to checkout, the staff call my room and tell me I have to leave, while actually there is still 2 hours before the time we deal. She said because that day is full book. But they approved my request for late checkout. As I checkin was very late at first day. I mean, why they approved if by the end they wont let me stay longer ? Second. There was guest who is screaming loud very loud, a man who argue to a girl, like super loud. But no staffs come to ssstt a.k.a stop them.

Heater is a bit noisy. Anyone walking on the upper room can be heard very easily downstairs.

Well the location is amazing. The hotel has the classic motel vibe by the road but it is in downtown. Beds are cozy, pillows are good. Towels clean. Curtains do their job well.

We saw two roaches in different spaces of the room. There was a hole in the wall by the shower where it seemed like they were coming out of.

The room was better in person than the pictures. It smelled freshly sanitized! Also had lots of space for your luggage. Included a mini fridge and microwave.

Didn’t have many outlets in the room. The knob to turn on the tub fell off. Sure someone complained about this previously. Trying to charge for valet is a small parking lot. Valet is unnecessary if you are parking in the the hotels parking lot

They say parking is free fcfc but charge you 15$ to park also the facility is making a hustle out of the parking. they park so many cars in the parking lot wherever they can. the sheets were dirty they have signs all over the room of what you cannot do for instance no bath can’t use the towels to wash your face makeup off. the shower water either comes out too hot or too cold. I feel like I was hotel catfish by the photos. area is sketchy.
