I didn't like being dismissed by the front desk clerk. There was an issue with our sink,(It was missing the aerator) water would spray everywhere whenever we turned on the sink. We were a party of 3 fullsize adults and there were only 2 towels in the room. I kept being told housekeeping would take care of it. I was told the same thing when we asked for a pillow that was obviously missing from our beds. It just seemed like simple things were missing from our room, like a desk chair. Things that could be seen in other rooms, but not in ours. There was also a strong homeless presence. We were approached and asked for things twice. When I tried to address this with the front desk, she just said "Yeah, I know." The old saying you get what you pay for, definitely applies here, but still don't feel like we got our money's worth here.

I liked the location to our cruise port, but that's about it.

I keep getting the same room. Last time, the toilet wouldn't stop leaking all over the bathroom floor. ( I fixed it). This time the working microwave was gone. I could have used that.

I must say, the staff is fantastic! There are some issues like any building maintenance has with upkeep, however, they try. Which at this price is more I can say for any other place at this price. The lil bar there is cozy and has pool tables. Perfect if you just wanna hang out, but not get too stimulated by the public. Just enough. Not too much. The lil bartender is always sweet. I come here when I want a familiar place at home. They may not recognize me, but it's comforting to me to see their faces. It's my Stay'cation Home.

The quality of the room. No microwave. Dirty, unvacuumed carpet. People were harassing me to let them stay in my room until checkout time (I was checking out early ) because they were homeless and needed to sleep due to the fact they got kicked out by their roommate and blocked the stairs so I couldn't get through. Watch your stuff. But, that part is anywhere you go. L

Price was ok. Location ok. Rooms need updating but livable. Other guests months great. Drugs and noise on the side we stayed in the back rooms. Needs some attention in all departments of the facility.

Room 153 was my first room the AC was not working and poured water all over the carpeted floor I called and was moved to room 125 that one didn't have the same handicap accessibility the tub was harder to use than a stand up shower the toilet didn't flush properly you had to hold the handle down to get a full flush then the toilet ran all the time if you didn't remember to jiggle the handle and the AC didn't go below 68 the room was hot

Killed a roach on the wall as soon as we walked in. Yes, we know it's Florida so we should expect them. Went thru the room to find any others. They use a kiosk that tele videos with a receptionist during evening check in. Rather impersonal and slow process.

Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Conveniently located for our 2 night stay. The price was good for the area.

The sink didn't drain very well. The hard furniture was worn and dated. But as I walked through the facility I could tell they are in the process of making improvements which was nice to see.

When you first pull up, it's a bit run down looking. The building is old, and there is a chainlink fence in a portion of the parking. But it appears they are doing renovations inside and out to improve the look and guest experience. There is NO live human for check-in. You use a kiosk to check in, replace spare keys, and check out. It was pretty simple and easy to use. You scan the front and back of your ID and sign papers electronically. Just a nother move to the future. The room was clean. White bed linens and three pillows per queen bed. They have clean hardwood floors. You could walk around with white socks and they didn't turn black. A+ to the cleaning service. Overall, it's a great older facility with great rates.

OMG, furniture looked like they collected it from the dumpster; stains, cigarette burns on the chair and the sheets. I was staying only overnight and I was very tired to leave. Stains on the carpet. Just awful! I have never seen such terrible condition. It's a huge hotel and maybe other rooms are better, but I couldn't relax or sleep well. The worst mattress and pillows, and for $135 per night. Now that I am writing this I should;ve' complained and got the discount or something.

Appliances were clean and good; hot shower was very good, TV has many channels and was simple to operate ( not like in many other hotels). Location was right next to the gas stations, fast-food restaurants, but very quiet A/C was working very well.

You check in on a machine similar to FaceTime. The TV had no local abc, nbc, cbs or fox channels. One bed was so soft I could not get comfortable. The walls were so thin I felt like I was in the room with the guests next door.
