The beds were VERY uncomfortable. Like a fold up couch mattress just throw on a bed frame… it was very disappointing. Also, the hotel was only about 20% full by the looks of it, and they packed everyone into the same area so we shared walls with both neighbors, who happened to be fairly loud at night and early in the morning. I know the hotel doesn’t control the guests, but leaving some space between rooms would definitely help

The price and location were good. I also enjoyed the included breakfast at Dennys just down the road…

It was clean and had everything a motel like that should have. The rooms were on the plain side when it comes to decoration but that's not really a problem to me.

When we arrived around 4pm, the front office door was locked, and we had to call a phone number posted on the door and wait a couple of minutes for the office staff to arrive. He drove up in a car and then helped us. When we left the next morning about 9am, same thing. Front office was locked so getting the coffee/tea that he told us was available was not possible, and when I called, he asked me to wait about 5 minutes for him to arrive. I could hear children's noises in the background. He was very friendly, but that is not the way to run a business. We didn't wait, left our keys in the room, and headed out to get our breakfast at Denny's.

For a 2-star motel, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a voucher for a limited menu at the Denny's down the street (could walk or drive) and provided about ten choices. Ice was available down the hall, near the front office.

The carpet and soft furnishings seemed a bit old. The classic motel layout means you have to keep the curtains closed if you want privacy. I had a problem with the lock on the door of my first room, but the receptionist immediately assigned me another one.

Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room, Dove brand toiletries, surprisingly good selection of television channels. Friendly, helpful staff. Within walking distance of several shops and food options. Free breakfast at Denny's down the street.

There were some major issues: the north wing TV system, so they put us upstairs on the south wing. Unfortunately, our traveling companion is 75, with COPD, so it really was a struggle for him to climb the stairs. Then we found out that our bed had only one sheet, so we had to the office to get another and remake the bed. Then there were no wash cloths provided and no bar soap; two shampoo bottles but no conditioner. So things were not ideal.

The value breakfast at Dennys was much better than the typical continental breakfast that most hotels supply.

First room I was given scared me a little. Bed looked recently....abused ? Some money was on the other bed, there was an odor....I turned around post haste and asked for a new room. The front desk person changed my room and the second room was much better. Still some issues but ok for a quick nights sleep

We only intended to sleep here 1 night, arriving around 9 pm so we didn't need a red carpet. The price was right, and the breakfast vouchers for Dennys were surprisingly... great.
