Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a lot of dust on the top of the headboard and you could tell where someone had touched it. I ended up dusting it. The bathroom was clean at a glance, but if you had to sit too long, you noticed the walls needed to be wiped down, as well as the door and door frame. The carpet felt like it had been recently cleaned with a touch too much soap (slightly sticky).
We were there because of the eclipse. We didn't have breakfast, but the spread was decent. The room was pretty clean and lots of channels on the tv. We had a queen bed, an arm chair, coffee table, desk, refrigerator, microwave and tv.

Nice, affordable place to stay for a night. The room was clean and check-in went smoothly. Property was not overly loud considering the location right next to the Interstate. There's a Cracker Barrel nearby, and also an Aldi.

Wifi was kinda of weak. Breakfast was not good which was expected.
It was perfect for a 1 night stay. We traveled with a big friendly dog, we liked that there was no stairs.

Nothing. It's great for the money
Although this wasn't a "fancy" hotel, it was clean, quiet, and with easy access to the highway. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to Meremac Caverns. The room was clean and everything worked. Great for the price.

They did not provide conditioner, only shampoo.
The room was clean and smelled nice, as did the office. It was a standard hotel room, and we felt very comfortable. There was no pests, stains on the carpet or bed and the bathroom area was clean.

Empty overgrown lot for a view, but it's an overnight stay, so not a big deal.
Comfortable and clean... quick check-in. Can park your car right in front of your room. Was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

I had tried to change my reservations before the cutoff cuz the second person couldn't come from the west coast and they made me pay the price for two instead of one. It was not my fault. May not come back to this one cuz I can't afford to pay double when I tried my hardest to change it So there for I will have to be desperate before I use this site in Sullivan MO

The location was seedy and tge breakfast was awful.

Check-in was awkward & confusing with the older gentleman on the desk but all other staff seemed great. Would have liked jam or peanut butter for toast as there was just butter. Carpets could do with a clean but it looks like it is regularly maintained so I'm guessing that will happen in time
Clean & comfortable bed. Fresh smelling room. Waffles for breakfast! Really good value & remarkably quiet in the room considering convenient location next to freeway

One of the rooms we paid for had a roach in the bath tub. We didn't bring it to their attention because we were exhausted from the trip and it was only one night. That room also had an awful smell, but we sprayed some perfume and it didn't smell as bad. The bathrooms were small and really hard to close the door while in the bathroom. The parking spots were smaller than normal and hard to park with a big truck. I didn't like how there wasn't a second chain lock on the doors. It would have been easy to get in with a card or knife if you knew what I mean.
The price was cheap. The beds were decently comfortable. The water pressure was awesome. There's a volleyball net in the back which I thought was neat. Supposedly there was breakfast but we slept in. It's a higher on the low end hotels. As a last resort i would stay again.
