The room I stayed in could have been a little more clean. Had lots of dust in the corners, especially in the bathroom. I've stayed in a two-queen bedroom. One of the beds, the mattress was very hard and uneven. The pillows were hard which made it very difficult to sleep.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the rooms are on the first floor which made it convenient to park right in front. The location is very close to stores and right at the entrance of Williams town.

Broken window glass. Broken curtain rail. Phone with no phone cord. Piled up debris visible from our window that detracted from the lovely view. Loud remodeling or construction noise that woke us up at 7am in the room next door by the staff. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Did quite do the job.

Location is great. View out the window was wonderful.

Property was being painted and parking lot was covered with paint stripped from the buiding. The botton of the door to room was bent metal and room was very dusty. I am handicaped and having to cross the parking lot to get to the office was difficult.

Office staff was nice enough to come to the room to fix the tv for us. Hope the remodel goes well and wish them better reviews in the future!

Very old. Property is worn out. Far West edge of town. The windows were filthy. We had a bird's nest right above our door and bird had been pooping everywhere. Outside was not kept clean. Bed was not comfortable. Thermostat on the heat / air conditioner did not work right. Door had no manual internal locking mechanism.

Relatively low price. It was a place to sleep. The floors and walls were clean the bathroom was clean. It got us by for one night and served its purpose, but I would not stay there again.

Requested lower level room due to health reasons and did not receive one. Called ahead to make the request and was told no problem. Not happy.

No end tables next to bed, room was extremely small, felt unsafe due to adjoining door to room next door with a cheap latch, only one chair in room, shower was too small to use. There is no breakfast, even though ad says there is one.

This place was really run down, the beds were old, sheets had stains on them, sink did not drain water properly, we asked for coffee and the thermos was empty. The guy at the frontdesk just said we can wait until breakfast…

As this is a small business I understand it's difficult to do upgrades. But the beds are worn out and really need replacing. Entry door was extremely difficult to open. The curtain runners are in poor shape. If the owners put some time and money I believe this could be a very good hotel to stay at. But you get what you pay for.

The price we paid claimed to offer breakfast. There was none and no place to have even set it up. Parking was pretty screwed up. Parallel next to a retaining wall. No in room coffee or cups. The outside appearance looked like a combination of "under construction" and flop house. Wasn't comforting to see a Super 8 banner flung over an old Roadway sign.

The room overall was clean and worked fine as a "pet" friendly level of accomodation.

There wasn't any staff on hand. Checking in, or when I went in the next afternoon. Nobody attempted to keep the parking spaces or sidewalks clear during the snow storm. Even though they had a nice snow boat sitting by the office. Dust and hair on the floor. Bed sheets had stains. And my Dad was bitten multiple times by something in his bed or bed linens.

The heater worked well. And the shower got hot.

I was appalled at the housekeeping staff. As we waited for our party to get ready to checkout, we let him know our room was vacated. He asked us for a tip. Also was literally following my husband around our truck watching what he was doing. I witnessed from the adjacent room window. I felt very uncomfortable with this person. If this was the owner, shame on you! Yes, just another “typical” Mexican family on vacation. SMH.

For a quick last minute stay, this was good.
