Desk staff not friendly. Not rude or anything and got their job done. Just not friendly.

Decent place to stay in Gila Bend. Clean, reasonably comfortable, lots of parking, good value. Nothing special, does the job.

Rooms not made up or cleaned daily, no fresh towels or coffee or cups for water. Floors in room were dirty. Hallway floor was dirty.

Refurbished rooms were really nice. Continental breakfast was ok. This would be a great hotel if cleanliness was not an issue.

Breakfast could have been better but for the price, it was as expected. Trucks can be a bit noisy but glazing is pretty good. Could hear the guy snoring next door and some of the workers shout down the corridor at early hours.

Whilst the location, being a little way out of Gila Bend, may seem a problem, reality is that Gila Bend is not somewhere I would like to stay. Eat your eve meal in Gila Bend THEN travel to this place. Staff are nice. Rooms were clean.

It wasn't much around the hotel

Our issue was that there are lots of people staying in the hotel who leave for work early in the morning (like 6:30am or so) so it was REALLY loud - guys yelling down the hall at each other, knocking on doors, etc. Not a huge deal, but we had a long drive and were looking forward to sleeping in a bit. Maybe it would have been quieter at the other end of the hall away from the stairs.

Front desk employees are the best! Super helpful, very friendly - we had a big group arriving at different times and in different rooms and the employees were great. Basic rooms with decent showers, would stay here again because employees were so great.

A year in advance I requested a ground floor room. The man at check in said the best he could do was 2nd floor. Being disabled it was very hard to haul all my gear up the stairs. We have been staying at this property for over 10+ years. This is the first Dove opener there has not been cleaning tables, trash cans, and water for cleaning our birds. Big disapointment.

The breakfast was good. nice hot scrambled eggs etc. t The lady in the early morning was very nice.

Morning after we checked in, asked for a late check out. Was told we could get another night for ",a small fee." That small fee was $90. I believe they tricked us purposely.

I appreciated the graveyard shift woman with bangs.

I like that the flooring was not carpet. The rooms were clean. I love that breakfast is served from 5 to 9. We are early risers and always want coffee!

No hairdryer. Not a big deal.

This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere, not even on the main drag in Gila Bend. The only thing out there is a truck stop next door. It's very close to I-8. I was stopping by after driving non-stop from Atlanta, and I got 12 hours of lovely sleep before heading to Mexico for dental work. The hotel is fine for that. The bed was hard, but survivable. The tub was very chipped - too chipped for me to take a bath, but the shower was fine. Breakfast was simple but nice - just hard-boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, bagels, cereal and fruit. Orange juice and coffee, coffee, coffee! Also in-room coffee maker, fridge & microwave. I liked the USB ports on both sides of the bed, as well as easy-to-reach outlets. I didn't have a chance to use the pool; I never even saw it. Next time!

Breakfast was skimpy, floor and tub weren’t clean, coffee maker didn’t work, room too small compared to other properties of the same type, afternoon staff seemed harried and unwelcoming (management problem), morning staff was more interested in interacting with her kids and iPad than a customer

For the price the hotel cost, I do not think there was any improvement necessary. Even breakfast was included in the price, what more can you ask for.

I did not eat the breakfast, since I do not eat carbs. But the coffee was actually very good. The Wait staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe in the hotel. And I slept well . Will be back, because it gives me a break during my travel. For the price that I paid, I was totally satisfied. Thank You
