Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom was small. Barely had room to dry off and change or get dressed.

That they gave the room I booked away. Plus the bed was hard. And not much channels on TV for kids.
That the room had a clothes steamer and a microwave and also a little fridge. And the room was clean with plenty of pillows.

I liked the property it was easy to find and navigate. Breakfast was great but wasn’t very kid friendly when it comes to accessing basic needs like napkins or spoons. My niece needed a napkin and could reach so she scooted the holder closet. The employee working the breakfast was not happy and made it know that the kids needed to be watched because they were playing and Messing everything up, but all she did was try to get a napkin. All the kids with us were seated and eating. All who were served by the adults at all times. Their were other families there with kids and he seemed very annoyed by it. Other then our experience with this individual all the other employees were very nice and friendly.
The property was clean and most of the staff was very accommodating.

Front desk staff were not very customer service happy and helpful on our arrival day. I tried to make small talk and no smile just smug and unapproachable. She’s in customer service so she should at least have a smile and act like she likes her job or people for that matter.
Love the location. Love the rooms. This was our 2-3 time staying there so definitely will be back!

Our door by Denny’s wasn’t working so we had to walk in the cold to the front door.
The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel has a pool and hot tub.

The toilet is so small, why are you using toilets that tiny. It felt like a children’s toilet.
I really liked the room size and the size of the tv was bigger than most places so that was nice. It was pretty clean.

Staff were not helpful and unfortunately not just one person. We got told because you booked through a third party we can’t help you.
Close to where we wanted to be, Mall of America and out let mall.

Smelled like a dispensary in the 2nd hallway. Which there was a children's party in one room. I did let the staff know but not much can be done. The new car lot next door doesn't do any favors light wise so make sure to use a pant hanger to keep the shades closed. Hotel staff doesn't even recommend the Denny's attached to the hotel. No pool towels when I was there at 9pm. Open for adults till 12am. I was told if I arrived later than 130a I wouldn't be able to get my room the system would automatically kick me out? I got there at 105a thank God. Oh and I dusted my headboard and picture frames due to the crazy amount of dust hanging over the sides.
Breakfast was good and shuts down right at the time they specified. Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was very very small it was a very tight scrunch getting in there with a Lil one and I to use the potty. Parking was ok in day but night time you had to search for a open one or risk it and park in the back side that was a Lil dark and for some a Lil scary.
Breakfast was decent but the man preparing and stocking breakfast seemed as though he didn't like his job didn't smile and told us the area was closed when there was clearly other people in there and we were preparing our stuff he started putting the chairs up and cleaning and we asked can we at least finish getting our stuff and he's yeah yeah but he was not the friendliest person or nicest.
