1) No Elevator 2) pillows were some kind of repurposed homeless gear at best 3) Wyndham needs to pay a visit to this place - there is no resemblance of a Hotel Feel or and where close to a Wyndham sponsored Hotel…. 4) shady & Schetch every where you look.. 5) the place sucks !! Major Suck!! 12 on the Suck meter!!!!!

The pool and hot tub were not wared up at all. The hot tub was like a kid pool warm not a hot tub at all. And not much for a breakfast

Curtains in disrepair, pillows were awful, some items broken, front desk check in was not personable. It wasn't my concern but the handicap parking spots were covered in ice. Found that to be disturbing.

Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs only, no sausage or bacon offered with. Drinks were not kepl up on. Tip jar was empty for good reason.

When I arrived and got ready to pay for my room, I was informed that I had to have a $100 deposit in cash. I don't carry cash because I have a debit card. We ended up not staying and had to find another room.

The property was in a good location and was reserved right away.

The staff was rude and didnt want to look up from theirphones to answer or assist in any way. I, did't have towels asked for two days and NEVER received any towels or extra an blanket! Bought my own. Was scolded when i went to get a second cup of coffee! Trash was left in the hallway all day/evening!!! Rooms rinked and the couch was sticky and found a bottle of saline solution next to the night stand that WAS NOT mine!!! Asked about the safe and was rold to wait until that evening or speak with the manager in the morning. Notna great experience at all. Wouldve left if i wouldn't have been charged for it anyway which is ridiculous anyways. The shuttle driver was rude and driving carelessly and turned the damn heat up so high i was about to suffocate!!!!

The place was very dirty. The blow dryer and multiple outlets did not work. There was no elevator. They used duct tape to hold the mirror in place in the bathroom m. Very run down!

My bathroom was dirty. Some of the overhead lights didn’t work in my room, there was no key to the safe in my room, it wasn’t bolted down so I likely wouldn’t have used it anyways. The carpet was loose in the room? Some of the outlets on the lamps didn’t work so I didn’t realize my watch wasn’t charging for the first couple days! Lol. The continental breakfast was very basic. The coffee packs they left for guests in the room expired in 2021…

The tolit ran continuously, the faucet leaked at the base. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the bathroom fan was so noisy. Many items in the room needed repainting, including the bathroom mirror. The towel bar had Fallin off the wall and was just laying on the counter! The shower curtain had seen better days.

The location, it was clean. Hot tub was nice and hot. Nice TV, fridge and microwave.

Smelled terrible in our room the first day. Don't know if someone used the bathroom right before we got there or what. Noticed toilet paper stuck to the plunger in the bathroom, maybe it was nasty clogged prior. Smelled like feces. Next day it was better. Should have asked for a different room. Mold all over bathroom too. Rusty toilet. Tiny pillows.
