United States of AmericaBesides everything I wrote in the top part. The breakfast was a lie. They have waffles everyday which I guess is why they say the serve a hot breakfast. On Saturday and Sunday they serve eggs only nothing else with it. Not many choices like the picture advertises. Staff not very friendly.
Nothing. The hotel looked nothing like the picture thatveas on booking.com website. People were smoking in a no smoking hotel. Halls smelled so bad. A/C does not work very well. Looks creepy on the outside with all the overgrown fields.

The whole hotel needed work, it was very run down and dirty. There were 2 of us & only one washcloth & no bathmat. Also not trash can in the bathroom. Our bedside table was held together with tape. United States of AmericaWhere do I begin? I did not like the strong odor of industrial cleaner in the air or the smell of marijuana throughout the property. I did not like the sketchy people hanging out around the entrance of property, very intimidating for a family arriving to check in. I did not like the rusted out sofa bed full of crumbs as I unfolded it. I did not like the crumbs in the fold out sofa bed in the room we were replaced with because of the crumbs in the first one. I did not like the thin walls that let you hear all noises throughout the property, especially the prostitution transaction and services being performed next door at 2:00 AM waking up my family and having to turn the AC unit to loud to attempt to drown out the noise. I did not like to "breakfast only Sat-Sun" sign in the food area because I was there on a Monday but instead having the employees microwaving popcorn at 7 am in the food serving area. I did not like NOT getting a response from property at 2 AM after complaining about all the noise that was keeping us up. I did not like not getting any rest and having to drive 11 hours the next day. I did not like this property!
There was not one thing that was pleasant or that I could possibly recommend at this location.

United States of AmericaBring wrongfully accused of several different things like I was basically called a prostitute saying I had traffic to my room ! Impossiblei don’t know anyone I’m not from that area at all then I was robbed of a hundred dollar deposit that not everyone had to pay finally was told I smoked in my room WHICH I DIDNNOT DO I DONT SMOKE
Only certain looking people where asked to pay a 100$ deposit which they always said every room smelled like smoke so they could keep the deposit I witnessed several older more mellow laid back couples were NOT asked for a deposit of 100$ then the ones that had paid inwitness every one of the people who did pay was accused of smoking in the room so no body got their money back upon check out not to mention I was accused of having people to my room( I don’t live there nor do I know anyone to have people come to my room) after of course being told I smoked in my room ps I don’t smoke at all so someone needs to investigate that crap it’s so wrong

United States of AmericaThe room was DIRTY (SEE IMAGES of dirty diapers on the floor next to furniture and trash in the trash cans) and the 2nd bed had yellow stains on the sheets and the sheets obviously had NOT been changed, The Front desk staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, the workers in the hallway and cleaning the facility were rude. When rolling my luggage to my room, they looked at me walking towards them, did not move from the middle of the hallway - and when my luggage swiped a black mans leg - he said "HEY, watch it". I showed front desk staff the images i took of the dirty room and asked to change and they said they had no other rooms. I asked for a refund, to go elsewhere, the crooked-eye girl said "Only a manager can give a refund and he is gone for the day." So i was stuck here. Front desk girl had some garb or rags on her head, looked sideways always and was very rude. She cussed at me when i slid the room card/key on the countertop to her at checkout and asked "What the F#$% is your problem?" She then added "I should keep your deposit for being so rude. Learn some manners and respect." Overall dirty and rude experience for this brand / name of hotel. Avoid at all costs. Not 1 part of my stay was pleasant.

They seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions about the property. The room was either too hot or too cold,

SpainBreakfast was lame even on the weekend. Cleaning was dull. You could tell they did not clean the installations fully before I came in. Water flow was poor in the shower. No hand soap available in the bathroom. Dirty behind the furniture. This was not my first choice but the hotel I booked before travelling had problems creating new keys for guests.
Bed was comfortable. Heating was good.

Especially since parking was limited in front so if I was able to park on the side next to the side door where my room was, I could have entered and exited right there. But this is just being picky. Not a deal breaker
Breakfast was decent and free. Cant really complain. They kept it fully stocked in the morning until cutoff and tidy. Room was clean, house keeping only came once during the 3 day stay but that was ok for me. all in all was good stay tucked away off main highway. Nice staff and pleasant.
