We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe fireplace in our room didn’t work (wouldn’t turn on until about 5mins before we checked out!) and although the jacuzzi jets were good, it was only “lukewarm” water. And wish there was more variety offered at the Breakfast meal.

United States of AmericaWe had a jucuzzi in our King deluxe but it didn’t work. Hot tub wasn’t working in the pool area and breakfast consisted of waffles, pancakes and donuts. Thankfully there was Greek yogurt in the fridge. The only source of protein. I was told since COVID they just don’t do anything but carbs basically.

I liked the space of the room because we were able to fit our babies pak n play in the room. Without it being in the way. Near the hwy and by available gas stations.

The location wasn't exactly where I wanted to be, but I picked Wyndham for the value, which I might say was wonderful. Also was the continental breakfast. I got down late for the breakfast, and the person in charge asked me if I wanted any more before closing the breakfast down. I've been at other motels where the breakfast areas are closed down without, no matter what.! Wyndham staff were very considerate.

One desk person said that sometimes the hot water doesn’t work, but the manager told us that it just went out and they were notifying people at check in. We were not notified. A clean comfortable bed and a hot shower are our top priorities.
Aside from the dingy linens, are room was clean.
