The shower was not clean. Pink mold in the corners and on some of the tile grout on the walls. Black mold on the shower curtain. Room 214.

Overall the price point was okay. We were told the pool was closed but was actually open when we arrived.

The halls were too dimly lit. The furniture in the dining area was outdated and heavy to move. It was hard to push yourself into the table. The breakfast was the same both days and not well supplied. Eggs were missing but sausage was plentiful. Bacon and eggs were missing together. It seemed the hotel was short staffed. Also, I always think breakfast should be available until 10AM EVERY DAY as people, on vacation, would like to sleep a little longer in the morning! Also, the room needed another chair. A desk chair is not enough for 2 guests! Ever! The room was poorly lit too.

The staff was the best part of this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful.

Sorry that hot tub went out during my stay. So glad I checked on the first night. Manager Nicole was very considerate of my dismay. I really appreciated that. Those are the kind of things that would help me return.

breakfast very satisfying. Wish I could make pancakes that easy at home, good that I can't! food offerings were fresh and presented well. Could see that staff was always attentive. All staff I came across were very professional and accomodating.

I feel like it was a little on the expensive side. But I do understand we booked last minute and It was the weekend of new Year's. I also didn't like that when we were using the pool/ hot tub facility a child of one of the family kept going into the hot tub. Maybe I can make a suggestion of adults only in the facility for the last hour or so? Just an idea. Aside from that I would come here again.

The woman behind the counter who checked us in was the Sweetest woman very warm very friendly and I regret not getting her name. Also the man at the counter when we checked out was nice as well. That's so important because they are the first and last impression of the hotel.

The facilities are a little worn and our bathroom wasn’t that clean. Dirt around the tub area like it hadn’t been wiped down very good.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty to eat.

The room was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. There was everything I would require for a short or extended stay. The large flat screen TV was new and functioned well. the bed was soft with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower. I liked the small coffee maker. the continental breakfast was better than most with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked room for 5 guests. Pictures shown and description of room led me to believe it had 2 queen beds AND a couch. Upon arrival we realized there was no couch, just 2 beds for 5 adult females. Front desk worker was amazing and accommodating. She found us a rollaway, fresh sheets blankets, and pillows, and apologized profusely over the mixup. Would stay again.
