The ac in the lobby must not have been working because it was NOT cool. We traveled with a team and it was so miserable you couldn’t hang in the lobby and visit.

There was a boys soccer group there with parents. Boys were in pool area with a soccer ball, very loud and rude. Boys were unsupervised. Told staff. Took a very long time to settle the situation. Plus boys were in elevator and hallways disturbing other guests. Need to update elevator also.

Nothing bad to say at all, if I had to pick something it would be nice to have a few additional options for breakfast. They had eggs and sausage each day plus a waffle maker and all were a good start to the day.

The property was very clean and staff very friendly. Room was very nice and beds very comfortable and will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area!

reserved room 2 months in advance . arrived at the hotel at around 5pm told I would have to take a room by the stairs on the 3rd floor even though they had rooms still being cleaned on the 1st floor . I called the next day to ask about being moved and was told no, only to see new guests checking in and being given rooms on the bottom levels . my reservation was for 4 days but the staff claimed they had no vacant rooms at all for the 4 days . staff wouldn’t stay at the desk. I’m not sure if they changed management but this is definitely not the same hotel I’ve stayed at in the past . The unprofessionalism of the staff brings down the quality of the hotel

unfortunately they were short handed on cleaning staff and we waited 2 hrs to check in. The poor lady working was very much overwhelmed trying to get ppl check in but the General Manager could have helped her more. There was 4 of us that had to wait 2 hrs to check in n the could have gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

I liked the location of the hotel to our event and price.

I didn't like that I specifically picked this hotel hoping that I could get in the hot tub and they had a sign that it was closed for both days. Receptionist acted slightly annoyed when I had a question while she was on her cell phone, which was several times over the course of 2 days, otherwise she was nice. The shower ceiling has paint coming off in large chunks.

I liked that it wasn't crowed and I felt safe. Well it parking lot. The room was clean and it was close to everything that I needed during the trip including the campus that I had a class at, Target, a mall, plenty of restaurants, etc. Great shower pressure and water was nice and hot. Hotel was nice and quiet.

we went to a concert and when we got back to the hotel after midnight the back door was propped open, and no one was at the front desk. That didn’t seem very safe

When we arrived we were informed that the hotel was without water and that it would be fixed soon. Well soon came sometime in the middle of the night and it wasn’t on long enough for the water heaters to heat up the water for a shower.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Waffle batter was watery. Had to ask the staff to change it. Tables were dirty. Variety of a breakfast was very poor. On the check out day, check out is at 11 am, cleaning personal was already knocking at the door for check out and cleaning shortly after 9 am. Keys were deactivated, which created a challenge to get back to room. When you have a family, you have bags and you may need to make a few trips to the car to load everything.

Rooms were decent, worth the price, once we had the above issues, front desk personnel did apologize and responded to assist. Location was great, in the middle of everything. For key deactivation, response was that sometimes it is happens, cannot explain why, but they offered to activate them.

We were traveling for two days and we’re extremely tired. The night before we had a horrible hotel in Troy Alabama and got our money back and left. So went on Booking.com and found this hotel and was so pleased I felt completely safe it was clean it was affordable it was not fancy the breakfast was no big deal but the biggest thing it was clean and safe

Leaking window when I rained, damp room, bad air-conditioning, not the room we had reserved, wet carpet in rear entrance, jacuzzi did not work, and you could tell they were shot staffed.
