Sara who works there cleaning rooms is an outstanding representative of your organization. She goes above and beyond. She's incredibly kind and generous. She saw I was having some struggles (I'm on crutches rehabilitating from some surgeries,) and without hesitation jumped in to help me--she wasn't even working that evening and just happened to be there. None of the other employees who were working truly "saw" me or offered such support. She is a true beacon of light. You are lucky to have such an amazing human work for your organization.

Night lights on the bottom of the hair dryer are not in all the rooms, making it hard to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

We are moving to Windsor from out of state and have used AmericInn several times. It is convenient, very clean and good sized rooms. Excellent staff and good valued breakfast. Since we have spent our days working on our new home, Coming back to the hotel to sleep is ideal. Arby's and a Loaf and Jug are next door, along with a good Mexican restaurant make it a very convenient location.

My only gripe was the towels in the pool area. They were tiny, just a bit larger than a hand towel. It would have been nice to have full sized pool towels. We had to use our towel in our room and then request more for using after showering.

Very conveniently located to our activities and enjoyed the indoor pool and the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely as well and we were happy with the variety of options provided.

The heater was a little noisy the first night. The second night we turned it off. Overall I didn’t think the heater was great. After it got the room to temperature it blew out cold air for several minutes.

Loved having a blackout blind to darken the room at night. The bed was very comfortable!

Bring a device that can access cable or streaming services, there is no cable TV, nor a away to connect your device to watch streaming entertainment. There is HBO & HBO2, but you have to scroll to find, there was no guide to tell you what you were watching. Maintenance is 👎🏾, alot of noticeable patched up repairs including our door safety latch. Our room phone was missing a cord, but someone had unplugged it. Refrigerator worked well but there is no freezer section. Emergency exit sign was out.

Location in relation to our activities, as well as close proximity to surrounding retail stores. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Facility has Wi-Fi with internet access. Beds were very comfortable.

There're just two restrooms downstairs. One next to the office, one in the pool. I was pointed to the one in the swimming pool while wearing shoes. Just wait for the one next to the office I would say in terms of cleanness in the pool.

Close to the interstate, the pool is a bigger size than a usual inside pool. You can swim while looking outside. The spa pool was perfect temperature. Just what I needed after a long day of driving.

I needed to attach my laptop to the TV for a Zoom meeting and none of the tv’s HDMI ports were working. I asked the management if I could get a tV with working HDMI ports and the management was dismissive to the issue and didn’t care about my needs and did very little to fix the problem.

It's kinda sad that there are many weird people (sorry, antisocial) now. I think it may not be safe anymore for normal guests. Also, someone broke into the laundry at night and took the money of the washer. My husband wants to go somewhere else, which makes me really sad, but he may be right.

We are returning guests since years. Love the motel style, the nice facility, the spacious rooms, the guest laundry. They improved some things. Mostly very nice and helpful staff. Especially the guy who was every day at the counter and also checked us out. And I still love their baby pancakes machine. There's an elevator ever since I can remember.

The property was overall excellent… It would have been nice to have a small concession area other than just a few meant vending machines.
