You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I had a brief layover in Minneapolis while traveling , the Hotel was close to airport and reasonably priced. the property was quiet , clean and provided what I was looking for

Breakfast was a moderately good breakfast. There were fresh apples, cereal, oatmeal, juice, hot water, coffee, and two waffle machines. It was what I would expect. There is only one entrance into the hotel and one out, which made me feel safer traveling alone at this hotel. Staff were very friendly!

United States of AmericaRoom temp was bad and the ac/unit wasn’t plugged in… had to crawl under a table to plug it in. The door to our room didn’t shut properly- you had to pull super hard to get the door to lock. Mostly disappointing was the breakfast. Other than a few apples, it was just a few white carb options: white bread and bagels and waffle maker- that’s it. But there was orange juice and it tasted good!
The room seemed mostly clean and I was able to get to the airport in 8 minutes at 8:00 a.m. There seemed to be one employee in the whole place so I waited a bit but he was VERY kind :)

United States of AmericaThe hot tub did not work. The single elevator stopped working temporarily. The ice machine is located on the first floor with vending. These items are not available on all floors. Rooms are not equipped with a microwave or a small refrigerator.
Location to other activities. The facility is clean and easy to find. Breakfast offered bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, juice, and coffee.
