You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I went in for breakfast at 8:15. There were no eggs or bacon left. Also, there was no water in the refrigerator. The television in the room needed to be turned on manually. The volume on the TV had to be adjusted on the TV rather than using the remote control. This was in a handicapped accessible room. .
The evening staff person was very friendly and helpful.

TV too hard to figure out the remotes- confusing. Need some updating on the bathroom and probably needs a fan in there.
Very nice staff. Friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Didn't get to use hot tub due to not having suit to wear. Motel a bit pricey per night even with pool. Mattresses may need an upgrade as was very sore waking up this morning!

The lack of security. In order to enter our room we needed to get a staff person. No secure entrance into all doors of the hotel. Hot tub was not working.

The reason for the poor rating is we drove farther and picked this place for the pool/hot tub for the kids. There was nothing on the website warning that the pool was closed completely. Also, my son noticed a strong fish/tuna smell on the bed which we had none of and so we stripped the bed down due to being grossed out. The key card machine wasn’t working either so we had to keep the doors open or ask to be let in every time. There was some upset customers and there was staff that made an inappropriate comment about them as well.
Breakfast was decent beds were pretty comfy and the location is really good.

door keys not working-you either had to leave door ajar or have front desk come to room to unlock-pool area was closed and traveling with family this was huge as children look forward to swimming-at checkin 1 out of our 3 rooms was not available so there was another room availble with a slightly discounted rate

The ice machine on first floor was plugged and if you wanted ice an overflow would splash nasty water on you. The male clerk in the morning did not seem to care that it would be overflowing onto the floor in moments.
For a hotel that has some age, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff was very kind and friendly. The evening front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. The lobby was very welcoming and tastefully decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast.

No complaints whatsoever!
Easy access to room on ground floor (2nd floor does not have an elevator, however). Ice machine close by (important to me). Friendly reception personnel. Very large room, desk, great bathroom, big bar of soap! Excellent wifi connection. Nice firm bed and good, fluffy pillows. Good, warm breakfast. Mexican restaurant and Pizza Hut within walking distance of this property.

The heater when turned on smelled like mouse urine. The hot tub has been broke for 2 years we were told. The sauna was broke as well. The free breakfast was a complete joke.
The lobby was beautifully designed and kept. The staff was very friendly and had great attitudes.
