Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Found three very different hairs (not ours) in the bathroom. Looked like they come from three different people. Water pressure could have been better. Front desk girl kept giving us new keys to get into our room. But none of them worked. Then came down to open it with an actual key. Breakfast was great but could have been warmer. Had to use microwave which is OK with me. It was clean.
The bed and linens were fantastic. Air conditioning also was working great.

The price was a little high, but with no other faults found, it was worth it.
We've been to a few Wyndham hotels lately, and this was by far the best, albeit at a considerably higher price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food and beverage selections.

The pillows were really strange and uncomfortable. A complete square. I had to put two together lengthwise to try to make a normal size pillow.
We had to get a rollaway bed at the last minute and that did fit into our room, even though the staff didn’t think it would. Wish we would not had to pay $10 because we were already paying quite a bit for this basic room.

There was dust on the bathroom vanity shelf where towels were placed, and there were some indications that the room wasn't carefully cleaned. It didn't bother me too much, but for the price point, I found this not acceptable. We also did not like the part of town it's in. While the hotel is a very short drive from the downtown, the immediate area is a bit remote and you need a car to access any amenities.
Overall, we were happy with our room. It was spacious and quiet. The bed was very large so that was also nice, and we were pleased to see a large closet and a mini fridge. The bathroom was also fine - I liked the large walk-in shower.

Windows don't open
Breakfast was fresh and decent. Staff was upbeat and very helpful with finding us a vegetarian restaurant. Becca was super helpful with finding a left item.

The staff, with the exception of Hannah at front desk, seemed very unhappy and not very welcoming during breakfast time and checkout time. Almost like they did not like their job. Pillows in room are too small and not very comfortable

Breakfast low on options for people not wanting just loads of carbs and sugary options. Coffee OK, but inconsistent. Bathroom DEFINITELY needs a comfort-level toilet and more towel bars. TV needs a page on all options - seemed to have no subscription services, just cable and network.
AmericInns are predictable, which works well in unknown situations. It was clean with a really good mattress and comfortable fresh bedding. Dining area large. TV and WiFi worked. Appreciated the recycle waste basket, not just one for trash.

Maybe some extra care in the cleaning of the bathroom could have been done around the tub but I wouldn’t say it was horrible.
The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean. I would stay here again for sure.

the shower in my room didn’t have a curtain, also it’s a very awkward small space to shower in but other rooms I stayed in at this same place had very nice bathtubs/shower

Checkout should be noon because the hotel was very relaxing. :)
Great location. Wonderful spa tub in room. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of extra towels were put in the bathroom which was very helpful.

The breakfast offerings....How about some fruit? Waffles? Meh. Juice Is watered down and coffee is just okay. I wasn't a fan of the shampoo/conditioner bathroom items. Poor quality.
Beds are fairly comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Good location. Staff is very good.
