A safe in the room would have been useful. Breakfast was average.

This hotel was a big winner for its location as it's a really quick and easy walk to both the downtown and to the Falls and it has a Starbucks opposite. It also has a good sized car park which is free. The room was nice and large and was clean and comfortable, bright and airy. And I thought the room was very good value for money.

For me, the breakfast room. Would have loved real coffee and hot milk.

The breakfast room was crowded and noisy, so retreated to the lobby. I do not eat breakfast, but wanted strong coffee with hot milk, which was not available. I found a coffee shop with real coffee not too far away. I think, however, that the breakfast suited all the families with children very well.

Price. One always would prefer to pay less for any hotel stay, but as this place is in a great location, and well cared for, price was just ok. Parking there while free, was a bit complicated at first.

Location, location, location. This hotel is situated, just a block or so from the center of town on the Big Sioux River with a striking view of the 'Bridge of Dreams,' sculpture. It is also next to nice walk-able trails along the river. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of all of that. The pool, and other amenities, were good, about what one would expect for a hotel like this. Breakfast was adequate but not anything to rave about. I felt the decor in our room was contemporary. Staff friendly.

The receptionists are rude. Specially the skinny girl in the morning shift was unprofessional. She did not answer when we talk to her. She is not qualified for this job by any way.

Only one chair in a 2 queen bed room. I hate that the only place to sit is the bed. Especially when potentially 4 people in the room. The room was large enough for at least 2 chairs and a desk chair

The hottub didn't look clean was stuff floating around in it hard sides like crapped myself in the hottub as well and it was to hot should be a way to cool it down and pool was absolutely freezing can't take the cart into ur room cuz the wall and the bench u can't move

The maintenance man was basically my knight in shining armor. The breakfast was actually really good I ate everything and I don't normally do that. My room was comfy and my bed was so soft

The water pressure in our shower was quite weak, but do not know if that is the case throughout the building or just our room on the 4th floor.

Great location downtown on the river. Exceptionally clean room, and throughout the facilities, all was wonderfully clean. The breakfast area was very clean and tidy, too, and kept well stocked with hot breakfast selections.

Located pretty close to an active train track. We heard train whistles pretty early.

Comfortable and clean. Easy to find and close to where we needed to be. The breakfast hostess, Sharon, was great - so kind and friendly and obviously strived to do her job well. We loved the automatic pancake machine!

PTAC in the room had noisy fan and broken controls door. TV in room was small and old with slow channel select on cable.

Breakfast was great. Nice lady keeping food fresh and good selection. Good water pressure in shower. Nice view of river. Close to downtown and restaurants/bars. Quiet room.
