The clerk made the check in more lengthy than I felt it should have been. The room wasn't filthy, but the refrigerator and bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel conveince store wasn't stocked properly so we had to leave to get food and personal items.

Check out was easy. The Location of the room was right by the elevator, I loved that. The night clerk was very kind when he came in. The setup of the room was nice.

Bed was a little too soft. But overall it was great.

There are not really any restaurants close by to eat. Not really in an area that is walkable.

The location was quite aways from the nearest bus stop, about 20 mins and not at all close to the Dart light rail. The airport shuttle made that a moot point. If in Dallas again, I would return to La Quinta, Love Field because of the convenient airport shuttle. If the shuttle would drop us off at the bus stop or light rail, that would be even better.

My only down sides were the shower lacked a little bit of water pressure and a small table and second single chair in the room would've been great, but that's just being a little bit picky. Neither really detracted from our stay, just observations.

The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day, it's a basic hot and cold spread but it was tasty, fresh and filling. The bed was super comfortable and the room a great size.

Pillows appeared to be feathers that had very prominent spines/ quills that could be felt even through the two pillow cases. A choice of non allergic pillows would be good. Wish the breakfast dishes and coffee cups were not foam.

Very clean. Spacious for price, lots of choices for breakfast.. Friendly staff at lobby desk. There is an airport shuttle service to Love Field in morning and evening, and on my visit when there was no driver available they paid for a Lyft service for me. Room soundproofing was better than many other places I have stayed.

Stayed on the 2nd floor. Not too bad but the noise from upstairs with people walking and running was a bit much. Besides that no complaints

Beds and pillows not so comfy. Flags outside were a disgrace. Texas and US both.

Stayed with my handicapped cousin who had minor surgery at Clemens. It was a huge problem when we got back to our room and our keys didn’t work. I had to run down to the desk and leave her standing there in the hallway. Staff didn’t seem to care, or understand the situation.

The air conditioner was not working very well and did not keep the room as cool as I would've liked. The TV worked ok for a little bit, but the remote was almost dead and stopped working, and the sound on the TV stopped working after about an hour.

The location was excellent for quick and easy transportation to and from Dallas Love Field airport. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean and surprisingly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with varying types of pillows to accommodate different types of sleepers.

shower took long time to get hot water... shower pipe I'm the top was broken, so part of water flow came into curtains AC very old and very loud AC doesn't have proper temperature calibration, when we set 74 as we usually do we felt like in sauna.. so 68 in hotel room okay for us chair was shifted to the right side and it was dangerous to sit on it Backdoor not used hotel room keys, so basically anyone could come in inside.. Not enough light on the room

Location, few minutes from downtown Pretty nice interior with airplane styles pictures and lights led light in bath is pretty good, despite other issues in bathroom price/quality pretty okay, but hotel may fix those issue to be better Nice to have windows opened, that's pretty nice, most of hotels rooms not allow to open windows to get fresh air inside

I didn't use the "business center" but it could be a little bigger. I'm not sure how often it's used, but I would take out the gym and make that space a bigger business center. Also, the room cleaners did a fine job, except for one day. I left a sweater and towel on the bed (my fault) but when the cleaner came in my room to change the bed over, they just through both on my open suitcase. Didn't put my sweater on the chair, didn't take the used towel.
