Furniture was a bit shopworn. Night stand had water damage on top. Coffee table was pretty sketchy looking on top. There was no bedside light or other lamps. Only track lites on the ceiling or undercabinet lights at the kitchen area. Shower door needs a water diverter on the bottom. Lots of water running onto the floor outside the shower. A real fall hazard as there was no shower mat provided until requested.

If I have to be very critical, some of the furniture had a bit of damage, but nothing major. Nothing was broken so it didn't really matter to us.

The apartment was nice and spacious. A 10-minute walk from a grocery store. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, they also supplied us with a few basics which were really thoughtful for example, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and four coffee pods. We loved having a Keurig coffee machine, it was ideal for a morning coffee. The bed was comfortable, had good wi-fi, and good water pressure in the shower, and the kitchen was a good size for making meals. We loved our stay!

The hotel seemed to be more of an events venue, it was booked out almost every day of our stay for weddings, funerals, parties etc. This didn't inconvenience us, but it wasn't quite what we expected and the hotel seemed more like an adjunct to the business, rather than its primary purpose. Water pressure in the shower was not great, bed was not particularly comfortable. Despite having a kitchenette, there was not much in the way of utensils or equipment to make food. No instructions for how to use the combined washer/dryer. The room had a lot of cabinetry in it that seemed to serve no purpose for anyone staying less than 2 weeks, but no obvious places to keep luggage.

Useful having a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in the room.

There were very few things I disliked about this great place but I didn’t like that there weren’t any directions on using the dryer function on the dual washer and dryer. I also disliked how much noise there was being on the first floor, I can sleep through anything but my boyfriend… that’s a different story. The last thing I disliked was the curtains for the window, they weren’t thick enough and the room we were in once the sun is up so were we (not fully hating that aspect especially when it came to exploring the city but wanted to sleep in sometimes during our vacation).

I loved that the property was very close to the Metro station and there were so many restaurants and cafes to try. I also loved that it was like staying in a studio apartment, it was super convenient and the hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The front desk wasn't always staffed. Being a solo traveler, I deliberately chose an option that noted a 24 hour reception.

The location was great with transport and eating options close. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Sound transmission between neighboring rooms seems higher than you might find elsewhere.

The location is unbeatable, the in-room amenities were great, the shower had excellent water pressure (I don’t know why, but I typically judge a hotel room by the quality of the shower; if it is as good as my house shower, you’ll have won me over). The staff were exceptionally helpful, and friendly! I would absolutely stay at this property again!

I did not like that the garbage was not taken for 4 days. Even though I asked for my garbage to be taken away, I was told that it is only cleaned after 7 days

Hotel is very close to the metro and is located in a quiet area. Rooms are equipped with everything you need from a washing machine to a microwave oven. Building is special.Nearby there are shops where you can eat and on weekends there is a local market. The bed is very comfortable.

There wasn't really much to dislike about the stay so I'll leave it at that.

The location was great and made it easy to do all the things that I wanted to do within walkable distances. The staff was friendly and helpful and were very accommodating. The atmosphere of the hotel was charming and made for a unique setting for a stay.

The sofa in the room was a disaster. It is so broken down it almost swallows you whole and injures your back when you try to get up. Please get sofas that allow for sitting in some comfort. A firmer bed would be good. A more cheerful reception area would be appreciated: Some plants and fresh flowers ? It is a very drab entry area.

The breakfast is good with fresh fruit available. Please add some gluten free crackers to your offerings. Appreciated the tomato juice. Please add some cheese packs to the breakfast offerings . The kitchen is well-appointed with good quality appliances.

The room was below ground level, so although it had natural light, there was no view and no opening window.

Great location next to metro with plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops close by. The room was well equipped and comfortable, including safety box (although not bolted down), full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, two induction ring cooktop and enormous combination microwave oven.

our room was very warm and we couldn’t get the AC to work properly which made the room feel a little muggy. We ended up opening the window to get fresh air.
