The pool was green on the bottom. Did not like the fact that we had to drag our suitcases across block and stones.

The state of the room was pretty poor. The carpet was old and covered in huge unidentifiable stains, the kitchenette was outdated and missing most utensils to eat with, and the furniture in the room looked like discards. Nothing you can't live with, and Key West is overall really expensive, but I would hope they would at least replace the carpet soon for the price we paid.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette was really helpful. The building was cute and historic, and there was a useful grill outside that we cooked on one night with an adorable outdoor space. It was in a quiet area but still really close to great restaurants and other amenities.

I understand KeyWest old Town is exactly that "old" and premium place to vacation. The price of the room was way too high for the condition. The chair in the room was old and stained as were the carpets.

The room was very spacious. The location was busy, but it was great walking distance to amazing food and coffee.

The outdoor hot tub was cold when I tried it. maybe it was just me or that was intentional. Just seemed odd for a working hot tub!

It was away from the busy portion of Duval but still easy to reach.

Location was great, very easy to walk to Duval street and the beach on the south end. The area was very quiet and comfortable.

We went there in November and it was already pretty stuffy in the room - the AC probably doesn’t help a lot when it’s really hot outside in summer. It’s also quite noisy since the door doesn’t close 100%.

There is no pool the picture shows a small pool but it is a small hottub

The room was comfortable had the small kitchen with microwave coffee maker small fridge the pillows were very uncomfortable but the bed was okay. The coconut king room had a nice outside seating are to have your morning coffee.

The only real complaints I have are that I didn’t realize when booking that we would need to go to another property managed by the same group for a pool (a vacation must for my 9-year-old that the whirlpool at our location didn’t meet) and the shower faucet could be a little finicky. Otherwise, it was great.

We loved being so close to some of Key West’s most popular restaurants, shopping, the Southern most point, and a trolley stop, all while just enough out of the way to avoid early July 4th holiday crowds. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mini fridge had a fully functional freezer, and the plates and cups made it easy to save a little on eating out so that we could fit in more activities. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and stocked with the appropriate amenities.

We thought the check in location was where our room was, but we had to take a cab to our hotel room after we checked in. It was about a mile from Duval street.

There was a period where the deadbolt would not allow the front door to close completely. On the last day there someone had a barking dog downstairs. Could not lock deadbolt to room from outside.

Check in and out was very easy. Room and grounds were well kept. The room was reasonably sized and comparable to area offerings.

The only thing I didn't like about the accommodations was the staircase leading up to the room - Too narrow and too steep. The room itself was great. The price for the room was a bit high as well.

The staff was wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

It had a window a/c unit, would have been nice if the room were just a bit cooler, but was still plenty comfortable. A bigger pool would have been nice, but there are many other activities available in Key West, so this is not a big deal.

The location to reach the beach, sightseeing attractions and Duval Street is excellent. The room has a good size and offers everything you need.

Everything needs updating. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been shampooed in forever, the bathroom was a tight space. You couldn’t stand in front of the sink to do anything because the toilet was so close to it. Rust stains around tub. Window blinds don’t actually fit in the window openings so you couldn’t block out the light.
