Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Indonesiajust one thing. I I left my cross necklace in the bathroom cause we were in a hurry to checkout and I didn’t realize until few days later. they said they never found anything but I remember exactly where I left it and there was a janitor came to clean the room right after we walked out. i’m not going to accuse anyone cause I have no proof, but that necklace was a Christmas gift from my mom and it means a lot to me.
i love how comfortable the bed is. the room is also pretty big and clean, compared to other inn that I’ve stayed in Anaheim before. the location is in the strategic area, 20 mins walk from disneyland which is not bad at all. there’s a really good italian ice cream shop and a pho restaurant in a walking distance.

"Do to Covid-19" no housekeeping. Why? What is the connection? No dairy products at breakfast at all. Why? Only bread and butter is even not a "continental" breakfast. One can't open a window. The room gets stifling.

United States of AmericaThe beds were not very comfortable. The shower head was almost too low. I'm only 5'6" so if you're taller than that you may have to duck to wash your hair.

United States of America"Continental Breakfast" is a stretch. Bread to make toast, whole apples, some cereals, and packaged muffins. If anyone else in the complex turned on water, took a shower, or flushed while you were in the shower the water would get scalding hot. 😟
Close to Disneyland. Spacious and comfortable room. Fairly quiet, especially given that we were right next to the office and little breakfast room. Plenty of parking. We stayed for 4 nights.

DenmarkThis was the most expensive room I paid in my trip around California. Maybe its because it is located very close to Disneyland... The bed is comfortable and the room is nice and clean but there are lots of rooms in this hotel, I know its not the hotel`s fault but morning was quite noisy with all the cars parked in front of our room.

United States of AmericaNothing.
This was a last-minute reservation. My wife and I, along with our best friends, were on our way to Disneyland and found out the Hotel that we were originally going to had bugs along with just dirty rooms. We stumbled onto the Carriage Inn and were extremely grateful! they were VERY friendly, REALLY CLEAN, and followed all strict COVID rules to keep the guest safe. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was very clean. IF you are expecting a 5-star resort then this isn't the place but if you expecting a clean, great place to lay your head that is close to Disneyland then this is the place for you!

United States of AmericaThe parking lot is too small with not enough parking. we had to park next door at a fast food chain several nights. also, the complimentary breakfast is very limited: apples, 3 kinds of cereal, bread and muffins.

United States of AmericaThe property was mostly a good option! Only a few things were bothersome, during our stay, but not enough to stop us from staying here again. #1: Even though our purpose for our choice of places to stay is to sleep/get ready for our day at the parks, with young children having more TV station options to keep them occupied in the morning or before bed, would be nice. The channels were very lacking! Didn’t have Disney, HGTV, Food Network, Cartoon Network, and even one of the affiliate networks (cannot remember which one, either ABC or CBS didn’t work)! And the reception of the channels we did have was poor! #2: Be prepared to do the cold/hot water dance in the shower if you are getting ready around 6-730am! The temperature fluctuates quite drastically from one to the other and doesn’t maintain equally throughout one’s shower. It was annoying, at times, and potentially serious at others if you have young children, as the water would turn off scalding hot quickly! #3: Breakfast is expected to be eaten in their breakfast room. But for multiple reasons that is not an option for us. We practice stringent COVID safety processes, and do not eat indoors with others, if at all possible. Also, most of the time it is more time effective/convenient to have the kids eat in the room as we get ready for the day. They would let the kids (if they went down themselves) get food and bring back up to the room, but would not allow the adults to do so….
The 3-story facility was as expected, for a cost conscious motel environment. The room was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for a place to sleep/get ready for our Disney park days. The bed was comfortable, AC/heater worked appropriately. The property is about 1.2 miles from the Disneyland security/entrance, which is definitely walkable (20-25 minutes with kids), but the most convenient aspect is that it has an ART stop about 100 yards away, which we utilized daily. The free parking is a bonus (for those who have a vehicle) and the free breakfast is as expected, dry cereal, individually wrapped muffins/danishes, Ramen noodles, apples and fruit juice. The staff was accommodating and supportive throughout our stay. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Disneyland (we are Magic Key holders!)!
