There was a constant banging coming from one of the surrounding rooms that didn't stop for our entire stay. It was very annoying and would wake us up at night too :(

It's an ok hotel... nothing really special about it! The room was comfy enough for a value accommodation. And it was clean!

I didn’t like the locations of the room, were werewere were in a corner with a view of a wall. The TV had limited channels and no guide.

The property was outdated, the pillows were super lumpy and the towels were dingy and hard, some of the towels looked like cleaning towels.

I was not told about the $150 deposit due at check in The pool was dirty may be because it is right next to the trash so stuff kept flying in the pool. The jacuzzi was not working it was as cold as the pool.

The house keeping staff was very nice and helpful.. the deposit was returned to my account before I even drove away. Over all it was a nice place to stay, definitely worth coming back to.

I would’ve liked for the property to make us aware of the police they have for housekeeping to come in. I would’ve liked the beds to be made daily and I was unaware they would not make them unless our personal items were off of the bed as I’ve never had an issue with that at other hotels I’ve stayed at. I also would’ve liked to have access to a washer and dryer while we were there for multiple reasons but mostly because it rained heavily while we were there and we needed to dry our clothes. There was also the issue of our rooms smelling a little funky when we first checked in. It was also mildly inconvenient for everyone involved that our key cards continuously didn’t work so we would have to constantly ask for different key cards for our rooms.

The staff at check in were quite pleasant and very accommodating. The bathroom was very clean as well. I did appreciate that we had a microwave and mini fridge at our disposal, that came in very handy. The air conditioning was also very efficient.

It was not as clean as I would have liked overall.

Great location, comfortable mattress and looked like it had recently been painted inside the room. Bedding was clean. I was on the top floor as per my request and felt very safe. Good lighting at night.

Bathroom was a little smelly maybe from blocked pipes as the bathroom sink was blocked- this was fixed by the staff when we told them about it that day.

Very close to Disneyland shuttles, fairly cheap in comparison to other hotels nearby. Big room and bed

Would be good to have a chair with the desk, I had to put my laptop on the ironing board and sit on the bed. TV was a bit hard to use, limited channels. I'd prefer a kettle rather than coffee machine but it didn't really matter, just mentioning for feedback. Would be good to have a stronger ceiling light and an easily accessible power point (power board?) at the desk. None of these were big issues, just simple improvements you could make.

The value for this property was excellent. Wonderful location a long block from the convention center. Rooms were clean and well-maintained and the staff was friendly. This is not a luxury motel by any means, but for my purposes it was terrific.
