Rooms are adjacent to communal area. While there was privacy in the rooms own outdoor patio, sometimes in the morning you could hear other guests outside getting breakfast or enjoying the pool. A very minor thing of note, since the place was perfect otherwise!

Far exceeded my expectations. Room had an amazing shower, bath and outdoor private jacuzzi. Pool area was beautiful, with a lovely breakfast spread in the morning. Staff was incredibly friendly, even offering us fresh squeezed grapefruit juice from their own trees. Truly an excellent location.

Charming, outstanding gardens and common areas, unique architecture and decor. Loved the setting of just a few bungalows, quiet and friendly. The location was unbeatable, just 3 blocks from downtown restaurants and shops. Our host Alfredo couldn’t have been more friendly and informative, altogether a wonderful stay.

Alfredo and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable, clearly dedicated to ensure his guest satisfaction. Management promptly addressed any question we had. Self check-in was easy thanks to great instructions, check-out was quick and hassle-free. The room was spotless, lot of attention to detail in decor of the room, like candles, made our stay extra special. The king bed was so comfortable! The breakfast by the pool every morning while being able to enjoy the view of the mountains was awesome: lots of food options and the staff was extremely nice. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but still situated in the heart of Palm Springs: walking distance to museum, shops and many restaurants.

Privacy. Wonderful room and facilities. Host and staff were wonderful. Hosts were very knowledgeable of the area and so helpful. Ross and Alfredo were knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to be with.

Everything... The charm, the history, the location. The space in Villa 8 was wonderful, with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and very spacious bedroom. There are 2 outside patio areas. Love it, as you look at the views of the mountains and pool.

I didn’t like the mosquitoes. I did not use any repellent and I got bit all over the place. Mosquito repellent and sunscreen was there for use in the pool area but I didn’t realize it until after the fact that I had gotten bit.

It truly felt like we were on a vacation in Europe. The secluded outdoor tub in the patio with lights was so enchanting. Took an actual bubble bath under the stars it was amazing!

The entire property was wonderful! The room (Villa1) was more than I expected and just plain really cool! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and I'm sure I will.

outdoor bathtub had a broken plug, so had to improvise with a towel. dishwasher seemed to have some issues.

two patios, pool access via bathroom and a patio. so many nice details: the lemon trees, the hummingbird nest, the jasmine, the design. functional kitchen. very comfy bed. host was very gracious.

I stayed here before the pool was not heated this time but I think it was due to the boiler being out. But was in progress of getting fixed.

We found a Palmetto bug (cockroach) in the outside tub but I figured it’s just a bug and it can survive in high temperatures probably nothing to do with cleanliness

I love the fact how private the villas are and loved the pool.
