Couldn’t lower the AC so we had to buy a box fan, it got pretty warm at night. Our floor definitely had someone smoking in it as well.

My floor was missing the ice machine. I had to go to the 9th floor to get ice. I was also missing a coffee cup, my colleague from floor 9 let me use Her's.

The theme of the hotel, all the different art located all over the hotel. Loved the different colors of the rooms. My room was very spacious. The roof top bar was very inviting and relaxing. Service was friendly. Wish I could have spent more time on the roof top.

Check in is on the 10th floor if I remember right. There should be a sign showing or directing guests to the reception on the 10th Floor.

Evidently my stay coincided with some new booking system being used, and there was a hiccup wherein after I checked in, my reservation was cancelled. They were able to replace my reservation, but that wound up with me being charged for the room a second time. They immediately issued a refund and reissued new key cards for my room, but it was a bit of a headache

This hotel was really an experience in and of itself. The location was great, I really enjoyed the art district. The staff were really helpful when a few things went wrong, and made sure everything was resolved for me.

Location not the best. Near fox theater and SLU but I didn't feel safe walking the streets. Not many restaurants in the area and those that were close by were mainly closed.

Hotel was unique in that rooms on each floor were painted a different color. I stayed in a green room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not necessarily a knock on the property, but the hotel requires a $75 deposit/hold PER night that is not mentioned anywhere on their website nor is it stated anywhere in the booking.com listing. At check in I was told they needed my card for a $75 deposit & that want a problem. It really wouldn’t have been a problem had they told me it was $75/night, but they didn’t. After checkout I saw a $150 charge/hold on our card and was then told it was $75/night. In summary, the charge/hold on our card didn’t cause us any problems per se, however that’s info that needs to be readily available prior to check in.

We really liked the decor & the comfort. Most of all we really appreciated the security ie, guest elevators requiring room key to go to guest floors.

The air conditioner was a bit loud, but otherwise everything was nice.

The art in the common areas is beautiful. And the colored rooms were unique and fun. I liked the gated parking lot option and that it was close to many entertainment options.

The air system was quite loud when it turned on and off. Sounded like someone was coming in the room and the phone did not work. There was a monitor with digital art displayed in the elevator but the next day it wasn't working. We were quite disappointed because it was a cool feature. The room was not big but the bathroom compensated that a little. I asked if breakfast was provided they didnt understand my question, it was fee based.

The art and location in the Art District was a double plus. It was really unique and clean. Many of the shops were closed I guess due to the holiday but other than that it was a great stay. Great view from all around in and outside

Downtown location. It seemed like the hotel is fairly new and they are still working out the customer service. One day I called a couple times but did not receive the cleaning service. Still it was a good experience.
