Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsThe building is old, windows could not be opened.
Good, clean and simple room with comfortable beds. The breakfast is basic and take away, to be consumed in the room. Quiet AC. Friendly staff. On a relatively quiet road.

United States of AmericaNo complaints or issues.
The staff was really helpful and supportive. They contacted me when I was out of cell service range and kept my reservation open until I got back to civilization to confirm. Then they recommended a place to eat dinner which we enjoyed and had breakfast out at the crack of dawn to meet our departure schedule. Great service, will stay w/ you again. Also, I liked being off the main drag (more quiet).

United States of AmericaThe rooms have been updated nicely, although you can tell that the property is older. The size of the 2 queen room is nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and fixtures are showing their age but still functional. We didn't use the pool so can't rate it. The woman at the office was very friendly and helpful and answered questions about the town and businesses. The provided fresh cinamon rolls each morning were delicious as was the coffee. A cool and relaxed vibe while staying there made you feel comfortable. Neat place to stary over all. Would stay again.

United KingdomNot much! Pool could have possibly been a bit cleaner.
Lovely authentic feel, colourful bedding and a fire pit burning upon arrival. This motel is situated off the busy high street in Moab. Breakfast did the job with good coffee. Very friendly reception upon arrival.

CanadaThis hotel is great value for money with lots of fun amenities from the heated pool, marshmallow roasts around a fire, breakfast spread with fresh baked croissants and free cruiser bikes to borrow for short trips in town. The staff was friendly and attentive and gave great suggestions for places to check out around town.

LithuaniaWe booked a room for 4 people. We stayed 3 nights and the room was too small for such time. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear our neighbours upstairs when they were walking (very loud floor). We did not like the bef as it was with springs - you feel when your partner is moving.
Clean apartment, friendly staff, good location.

PolandNothing particularly different from any other motel in the States. Loud AC that could break walls with amounts of air pushed :) Also, I think, since it's an old building, it can get pretty hot inside and you'd have to use AC at all times.
Since it's an old building they serve a pretty unusual breakfast, when you can pack all you want and it's basically a breakfast to go. Big kudos for how good it was and for creativity when using limited resources they have (in terms of a communal space in the motel)! Respect!

United States of AmericaBreakfast was a little disappointing but we didn’t go hungry,
This is an old style motel that has been well maintained. This place has a lot of character. We had a good sized room with comfortable beds and nice towels. It is located off of the main drag so it is quiet but close enough to easily walk to the shopping and restaurants. There is a nice outdoor pool and an outdoor fire at night. Breakfast is a simple grab and go with prepackaged selections.
