The apartment is perfectly located a comfortable distance away from the busyness of downtown St. Augustine in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to get there in about 25 minutes. The shower, amazing. The bed and couch, comfortable. Well appointed, tons of space, spotlessly clean, off-street parking right by the front door, super responsive hosts, easy check-in, cooking spices and tea available, but not coffee. I will definitely stay there again.

The only part I did not like was that you could hear the people in the main house from the bathroom.

Although it was a bit out of town, the price was reasonable and the accommodations were very good. The owner was very gracious to allow my daughter to stay here as well due to an error in booking on my part.

nice place had everything you needed for a stay. plenty of towels nice large step in shower. lots of kitchen stuff including silverware but I found only 1 pan to go in oven no baking dishes

While they did have parking there were a lot of cars in the driveway and I felt I may have been in the way. But of course this was just my own feeling and not really of any concern.

It was lavish and cozy! I was amazed at the amenities this small place actually had. I can't really go with places like this because I like to cook my own meals. This trip I was not able to cook as much as I liked but this accommodation had wonderful cooking utensils in it the pans the pots oh my I would have loved to have this kitchen in my home!

I liked the fact that I could bring in my food, have refrig, stove and everything to eat there if I wanted. Privacy. I liked everything about the place and my stay.

We were disappointed that we were not informed that the community pool that they advertise was down for repairs. We actually planned a pool day and we were very disappointed that we were not told in advance that we could not use the pool. The thumping of someone going up and down stairs made it hard to go to sleep the first night. Location was not ideal if you wanted to be close to the Historic down town- that was not the fault of the property- traffic & construction made the drive a bit longer than we wished for. Ohhh- and no instructions on how to use the TV, so we went all weekend without TV. (That was just minor because we enjoyed the peace)

Liked that the property was clean and cozy. Loved the sweet lil kitty that welcomed us each day. Bed was comfy as well.

I listed many issues above in my review. Definitely needed better supplies for guests. Rugs in bathroom not safe for elderly people and tile in shower was very slippery. No extra towels or linens. Difficult to wash dishes - no sink stopper, no dishcloth, not any dishwasher soap. Remote batteries dead, no TV channels, light bulbs burned out in kitchen. No pot holders, no casserole dishes, cupboards very hard to reach and no regular glasses for drinking water or juice. Could not reach stemmed glasses.
