Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room needed to be cleaned better. The rug wasn't even vacuumed. Spots on the walls and picture frame and picture.

The bed I the room was a twin bed. Not a King size. There were some not some good vibes from people there that even the police had to get involved. To many renovations happening on the floor. The person there was the only worker. The cable went out. There was no phone on the room. No microwave in the room. The tub faucet was leaking. Tear in the carpet. No hand towels provided. No WiFi.
The design of it all was quite nice. The location is next to several places you can buy stuff from. Front desk was pretty friendly

The place is close to downtown, and is perfectly presentable. But two floors of it are used to house locals who seem to put 5 or 6 people in a two-bed room, and party all night: the noise was scary.

Wasn’t the tidiest. Small things broken. Needs a thorough clean. Weird smell in the hallway.

TV remote didn't operate the tv just the direct TV box was a chore to find the on off switch for the tv. The room had a Jacuzzi tub which was awesome however, I couldn't figure out how to use it so bummer. The hallway was aged. odd smell but may have been cleaner.
the bed was comfortable. Heat worked well, and the water pressure was great and had great hot water.

It appears that It’s an old bldg they are fixing up. There are signs that it was once upon a time a classy place. Needs some work. Barely Luke warm showers both mornings. No working ice machines.
The room was clean, the bed was small (not queen size as advertised) but clean and comfortable.

Checkin was bit more of a hassle then expected... Also never got my security deposit back even though they said it would of been refunded to my card by now .

They charge me a 50 $ deposit and never returned the deposit said that they would put it back on my card and it hasn't happened

A list of things First the room smelled like smoke and marijuana Both girl at the desk mid shift and day shift and were new so they really couldn’t help , and were still in training!! The biggest issues I had was that , the front desk clerk walked in my room ! Unacceptable while I was getting undressed ! Then was never told that when I pay a deposit, it would be mailed to me in a check ! This is absolutely ridiculous! I payed cash
It’s was right of the highway easy to find !! Lovely Lobby !!

I didn't like all the dogs on my floor barking. I didn't like all the heavy smoke smell. I didn't like when you call to talk to someone at the desk ,there was never any answer. The who two days I was there. I didn't come out my room the hold time cause of the many dogs n smoking. And I was in a non smoking room.

The smoke smell. The dogs barking. I had to go to their ATM to get cash to pay for my room. Ended up paying $6 extra bucks to get money to pay cause there credit card machine was down.

The manager left her Staas and made them stay longer on their shift so she could take the housecleaner home. She interjected in the middle of my conversation, and didn’t even say excuse me. She saw me waiting in line and chose to leave instead of help the front desk. Very unprofessional.

check in paper work ridiculous. No cups in the room, no hangars. poor lighting, dirty tv stand. check in clerk did not offer necessary information, we had to ask. Did not offer even complimentary coffee.

You could tell at some point this was a really nice hotel but it was definitely in disrepair and run down. Sad to see. Just not much was being put back into the place to keep it up.
