Their website advertised an executive suite with only 7 photos. I was pleased with these photos and paid extra to book the suite. Upon check-in, I discovered my suite was much smaller than the advertised photos. I spoke to the front desk, who was polite, and was told they have 3 executive suites. All various sizes. As the advertised suite was occupied, I had no choice but to keep the smaller suite. It was difficult to socialize in the small space, which would've been the same as a normal room and a lot cheaper.

Cool facility in the lobby and pool areas. It's close to the movies and bars/restaurants.

Everything was ok.

This time the room was smelly, the ac hardly worked and the tv/remote didn’t work. Went to the front desk about it, they sent someone down and he basically said yeah they don’t go together and left, so we weren’t to happy about the room this time!

Our first room smelled of smoke and my sons first room the toilet wasn't seated properly. We were immediately given new rooms.

The pool and hot tubs were fantastic! My grandkids were thrilled. It's five minutes from the college my grandson was attending so the location was perfect. Had dinner at a nearby barbecue restaurant that was fabulous.

The noise at night wasn't good. I could hear people arguing in the middle of the night, and someone's dog sounded like it was running races above us.

Breakfast was great! Loved the biscuits and gravy! The indoor pool and hot tubs were very nice. Loved the waterfall feature.

While the pool itself was great, the pool room was very warm. There was nowhere to sit down to eat breakfast and we ended up having to. take it back to our room.

There was nothing I did not like. The room size was spacious the bathroom clean and the rooms had everything.

The front desk workers, might have been the owners/managers, we’re very friendly and helpful. We had stayed in a different hotel the night before, in the same town, and the experience was horrible. It was such a relief to be at the Apple Tree. And their pool and hot tubs were clean and fantastic!

The recliner in the room looked like it was pulled out of the dumpster. I took a picture of the tore arm. The shower floor was slippery, some one sanded the floor.

The location was fine. Walking distance to town.

Toilet didn't shut off. Room was mostly clean. Teabag left in coffee maker. Not a lot of attention to detail.

There seemed to be a mix up with the payment and they hadn’t charged us for the stay. Then booking.com blew my phone up until I answered. I work in a job where I am not able to be on my phone much and I was called back to back to back to back until I answered. It was ridiculous. They called everyday since they realized the mistake and told me to contact the people there and that they were going to leave it up to us but they still called multiple times.

The room was nice and the hot tub was awesome. We really liked that. The beds were also comfortable. We both had a nice stay in the room while we were there. The place was very comforting and relaxing.

The fire alarm setting off my girls seizures and needing to leave because of this . We were told it was an isolated issue with the laundry.

Hand bar in shower missing and the phone and light were broken. There was no walk-in shower and I asked for ground floor/handicapped. There was only one tiny bar of soap to bring back and forth between the bath and sink.

Fairly reasonable price if everything had been working like I paid for them to be.
