We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds are soft , it was very quiet, no disturbance at all. The night cleark was very nice and funny . Needs new pillows or fluffed thanks very much 5-30-23 The date of my stay.

We liked that applegate was convenient but I found roaches in the coffee maker and on our night stand in one of the rooms. I had all my kids with us (3teens and an infant) and it just wasnt clean. But staff were friendly fast and nice.

The room we had was pretty close to alot of noise factors i.e streets, train tracks, etc. I had reserved a room with two queen beds and the one we received was one with one king bed. It was a late check in so we did nor complain.
Location was great for our needs but there is not a breakfast served. It is however within walking distance of two restaurants.

They are taking steps to improve this property! I’ve stayed here many times. This time there was a new bed, new bedding, new curtains, new and larger fridge, and new bath towels. In addition, they have been excellent communicators on Booking.com and the person I dealt with both checking in and out was friendly and helpful (as usual). I asked for them to accommodate me on a couple items, in particular a very late early morning check in time, and they were very accommodating (I’ve needed this during every stay, and they have been consistently accommodating every time).
