The mattresses were horrible… we are not picky people but we had problems sleeping on the mattress!! Also, shower had no pressure

I wish there was a hairdryer. Also the shower at times would only come out as a trickle. One day I couldnt wash my shoulder length hair because the entire time it was a trickle (no one else was using water in our place either). Also wish they had a towel bar, hook, or anywhere to hang your bath towels, as well as anywhere (other than the flimsy wire shelving) in the bathroom to put our toiletries, etc. For the price we paid, you would expect a good shower, hairdryer and places to put bathroom stuff (easy and mostly cheap fixes for management). The middle room with the bed does not get any AC if you have the both door closed.

Place was clean, updated. It was fun to stay on a houseboat and check out the fish that floated around us. We even saw a manatee once! Good air conditioning, fridge and microwave. Plenty of towels. Kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, etc. Location is actually just before Key West, about 15min from the old town section, which was not a problem for us since we had a car. An uber however would have cost us $30-$35 into the old town each way.

It was very different and added a sense of adventure. The houseboat felt bigger than the pictures. It was clean, provided the bedding and towels provided. I would definitely recommend to others. The restaurant/ bar opposite was great and an added bonus.

I loved the quirky ambience of this working harbour - it was interesting, relaxing a beside a lovely bar and restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend. Not suitable for young children due to close proximity to water.

The location is near to Key west actually it is in stock island not in key west Island . The boat house is good , clean and comfortable .

Floors could stand to be cleaner. Nothing bad, but my socks were gross.

Good location. Having a restaurant there was nice. They close at 10 so any noise late was just street traffic and it was not heard inside. We saw manatees and jellyfish and lots of Tarpon off our boat.

The bathroom sick wouldn’t drain, at times the shower pressure was nonexistent. There was an issue with ants.

The view we had was of the restaurant and boats coming and going. When we left or came back we had to walk along a wooden path next to the water. Fish were being processed, their heads floating in the water, there were hoses on the wooden path that were very easy to trip over. The smell of rotting fish was very strong and unpleasant. Not what I expected at all

Breakfast was not included in our stay. The room we had was very clean, Air conditioner was great. The food and drinks from the restaurant were very good.

The location was out of the way of the majority of what we wanted to do, but at least it wasn't crazy loud or super busy until the wee hours. So you have to pick your battles!

Water pressure was weak at times, hardly any stream coming out of the shower, occasionally you could smell the dirty water tanks on the boat and you would get a brief smell of sewage. Parking at the marina was also a problem at busy time, I would recommend maybe parking for people that have aqua lodges rented.

Overall the lodge was nice and updated, good beds, restaurant food was good and staff was nice. Good location. They cooked fish that we caught and it was delicious.

No proper check in. All no touch so when we had questions there was no one there anymore (and no response via booking messages). Also two bird corpses outside our room. One flowting in the water next to our entrance and one dead bird on the rood of the boat house next to ours...

The road was right on the other side of the mangrove bushes and traffic was pretty constant. The price we paid was really high compared to the regular price…I guess there was a lot of demand on our night, though they did not seem full. The mattress was waaay too soft and the pillows too.

It is a little outside of Duval and Key West main activities. It does require an Uber to get downtown (no shuttle service)

Beautiful spot on the water, super easy access with lockbox, little outdoor patio on the boat, bar & restaurant in the marina, one of the cheapest place in Key West… will definitely return there!
