maybe some small long life milks in the bar fridge for our morning coffee but there were also powdered milk sachets so not much to complain about.

what a great hotel with awesome hot spring pool and spas… well priced in comparison to other local hotels with similar hot spring pools and we did visit two others. Bedroom had a great bed and spacious bathroom with wonderful hot shower. superb heating / cooling and a Small bar fridge. check in was easy and stacks of on-site parking

Our room didn’t have towels or a shower curtain but the front desk provided them for us. The “bath towel” was more of a hand towel size. I’m 120 lbs and it wasn’t big enough for me. I really disliked not having a microwave in the room. There was a community microwave downstairs to use but the weather was bad and didn’t feel like standing outside to make food.

The rooms were very clean, except for the carpets could use a good spot remover. Nice heated pool and hot tubs.

When the carpet has stains it makes things feel dirty. The room was clean otherwise. The neighborhood surrounding didn’t feel as safe as I’d like when traveling with kids.

Great pools which were warm and clean and pretty grounds. There is a park and playground a block away for kids and Walgreens, Starbucks and fast food nearby for necessities and breakfast. Room was decorated nicely, but the carpet had some stains which gives me the willies. The bed was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly. It was about 45 minutes from Joshua Tree and 20 minutes from Palm Springs.

The location is not deep in the desert so there will be birds hanging around the pool. It will just be like a backyard pool. But good to have one in the middle of a desert town.

The staff are helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The pool is pretty nice, especially the indoor one. Facilities are nice for the price and overall clean.

the manager was so sweet. she helped me upgrade to a spa suite for our anniversary. was a beautiful room. I recommend staying in the spa suites. you won’t be disappointed

We booked this at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property is. It's also within walking distance of several restaurants, which was nice. I would consider staying here again.

Other furniture in the room was uncomfortable and room echoed because of lack of furniture. Stairwell outside room was noisy. Night staff were disinterested.

There was only 1 wash cloth in the bathroom, should have been two. The drink vending machine was out of everything except Coke. The vending machine may have been an issue with the delivery and the day we were there, not sure. Not too much to complain about though.

This was an older hotel/motel that appears to have been renovated. The renovations were done very well, the room was updated and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful. We were here for just one night, had business to attend to both days and this was the perfect place for a quiet stay. I didn't realize that the spas were mineral water or my husband and I may have booked an extra night to check it out.

There were not enough outlets to support all the electronics needed for me to do my work. I had to purchase a power strip to connect all my electronic equipment. Location was also not very scenic. Not enough upscale restaurants or services in the area. Although hotel is nice and grounds are well kept, surrounding area is not very attractive.

Customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly and efficiently to any issues I had. The phone didn't work and they replaced it immediately. Keys didn't work, they brought up new keys for me. Air conditioner didn't get cold enough, they had a technician come up and check it and show me how to use it right away.
