The prices for the massage were a little high - we would get a couples massage next time if the price was more reasonable. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel and stay there again!

I liked the Elvis decor, the modern colorful lobby. It was cheerful! I loved the sunset mural in the lobby! The mineral spring tub was great. I am so glad I could bring my little dog. I also liked the coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room, comfy pillows and white bedding. A great trip!

The shower dispensers kept falling off, but it didn't effect our experience.

I loved the room that was given to us with a balcony and an area outside the rooms overlooking the pool area with couches to lounge. The playroom area was also fun with a pingpong table and a foosball table. I found the hotel clean and simple. It was quite busy but quiet at night. I also loved the soap dispenser in the shower, very ecological. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked out for dinner and there was a grocery store right across the hotel.

The hotel is pet friendly, which was great since we were traveling with our dog; however, the pet fee was quite expensive at $75 for 1 night. The only other complaint is you can only enter and exit through the main lobby. Not normally a big deal, but since we had to walk our dog multiple times during a windstorm it would have been nice to be able to use one of the doors closer to our room (they were emergency exits only).

Nice rooms with the amenities we needed and comfortable beds. We loved the pools and hot tubs, especially since it was quite chilly the day we stayed. We loved that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with our dog.

No where nearby you can walk for dinner. Noisy road outside our room. Poor sound installation for road and rooms above us. No bar or restaurant on site. Dated I decor.

Thin walls lead to us hearing the folks in the room above us, pounding around their room. Would recommend a room on the third floor.

Bare minimums in the room. Coffee unit small and old no complementary water. TV very old. Overall a basic room nothing fancy about it. Having the label of “spa” is deceiving.

My only critique is that our refrigerator made a VERY loud humming sound that oscillated in intensity.

Nice location and good amenities. We were able to save significantly by staying in Desert Hot Springs instead of Palm Desert for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. I would have enjoyed more time to use the pool and jacuzzi.

The location and around it seemed dirty. It was a bit of a distance to Palm Springs.

There is no microwave oven in the room, only one on site for everybody to use, so if you want to heat or cook something, you have to go there.

Very nice, clean, not too busy. This was our second time there, we really liked it!
