Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast area is very cramped and should be expanded into the unused space to one side. Ice maker on 2nd floor wasn’t working. Shower head in my room could not be figured out to produce water…had to wash my hair in the sink.
Location was great; staff were very friendly. Room was very generous size.

I had a noisy neighbor the first night who stood on his patio drinking, smoking and talking on his speaker phone just outside of my window until 4am. I changed rooms.

We accidentally left 3 items of hanging clothing in the room when we checked out. Called the evening we left and all 3 items had been located and we were told would be secured until we could return the following week to pick up. Arrived today to pick up and the rhinestone denim jacket was not with the other 2 items. Manager said it wasn’t in the room even though the one we spoke with last week assured us all 3 items were there. So frustrating!! We have stayed here multiple times, but will no longer stay at this property due to dishonest management and staff.

The elevator we needed was out of order. The other had a 1 foot drop when stopped on 3rd floor. Painfully jolted our bodies. Loud. Inspection date was expired. We were nervous. I contacted property, they said to contact Booking.com. to arrange for permission to change dates with 24 hr notice, because of sever weather. Nobody got back to me. Front desk finally resolved the issue & did not charge us for the second night.
Only hotel I could find 3 beds at. Very comfortable. Breakfast ok

I believe we were on a non-smoking floor, but it was obvious there were others in other rooms that were smoking. The smell was so strong, there was some difficulty trying to sleep

Paper plates and plastic knives and forks are not ideal but never a deal breaker for me.
The room was very spacious and the surroundings were good from a walking perspective. I had an issue with working the shower and the staff at the desk were very helpful with this problem.

One of the elevators was out of order, the other working one was far from our room and sounded like it was going to break every time it went up.
Staff was fantastic and the family room was such a treat! Beds were very comfortable!

The only downside was there wasn't a TV in the room with the 2 queens.
I loved the space in the family room. King bed in main room and 2 queen bed and a pull out couch in another room.

Could hear the kid banging on the walls and yelling in the next room at 5:30am but that’s not the hotels fault. The walls might just be a little thin though 🤷🏻♀️
Staff was friendly,room was spacious and clean. Came with your every day toiletries.Beds were also comfy. Nice little view in the center where you can take a walk if you want. Felt safe was most important.
