United States of AmericaWe ended up buying our own mop and broom and house shoes because our feet turned black from the floor. It definitely dropped temp at night, so I had to make sure the heat was at least 4+° higher than what I was aiming for, or we woke up freezing. The remote didn't work very well at all. The front desk helped us make it work better than before but was a hassle 100% (with a 5 year old and little to no tv..... I'm sure you can imagine) The balcony area has rusted nails all over it. Made me happy the sliding door didn't open.
I really enjoyed the comfort of it all. The kitchen size was small but cozy just enough. I loved the futon and bed, as well as the amazing lighting. It was very home feeling. I loved cooking my own meals even 6 hours from home. It was a beautiful place to stay.

The room was spacious with a kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptional. The location was convenient to everything. Would stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe property was very outdated and dirty. Went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to clean the whole penthouse. The dish’s was left in the dishwasher and not placed in the cabinet where they belonged. The kitchen floor has week spots. The upstairs tv didn’t work properly. Some of the staff was not very accommodating. There was only 3 pillows and 2 blankets in the room that had 5 beds. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

United States of AmericaWell I love to swim and the pool was closed a lot and like I said previous the Brown bag you get for breakfast the washers were broke the dryers were broke you couldn't even clean your clothes I had a mouse run across the floor in my hotel room that scared the hell out of me there was lots of marks and stains in the bathtub the garbage disposal was broke I had problems with the TV but I fixed it that's just I stayed here lots of times and this was probably the worst the girl that worked the front desk was very very sweet that was the best part of my stay
I do like the location because I walk a lot there is a mall and many places to eat around there did not get the breakfast in the brown bag I can't have blueberry and I have blueberries muffins and blueberry granola bars in them I would love them to have their Buffet again

United States of AmericaThe pool was closed, hot tub not operating, it was much more run down than the pictures, our room smelled funky, the outlet in front of the mirror didn’t work, no bedding for the sleeper sofa and we didn’t get much sleep with the cops being down a few rooms arresting someone in the middle of the night!

Great size penthouse suites with several beds made the stay comfortable. The location was good. The staff was super nice. The price was very reasonable.

When I asked staff about getting extra pillows for the bed because the pillows on the bed were small and flat I was told there were no pillows to be had. People that were in room above us ran around and stomped all night til 3AM in the morning they were very noisy.

Large suite that included a full kitchen. The fridge had an ice maker and there were basic dishes and utensils which helped when a carryout place forgot to provide forks and spoons.

United States of AmericaRoom was gross. I chose this place instead of our usual Marriott properties because they had a penthouse room perfect for our group. It’s definitely in need of upgrades, but I don’t have a problem with that. what I DID have a problem with was lack of cleanliness! The bedside table was disgusting. The lamp stuck to the table. it had sticky spills and chunky gunk stuck on it. the phone did not work. I tried to plug it in to call the front desk, but the connectors are broken. I was attempting to call them to ask for pillowcases since none of the pillows on any bed had them. Found a disgusting wash cloth laying on the ledge by the sink. The bef was poorly made. I decided to just lay on top. A piece of trim that was clearly broken off and obviously just set in place fell down and left a foot with a splinter. Also only found one spoon to use and of course it was dirty. Very disappointed for $150/night. 😫
