The shower did not have a place to put soap, had to lay it on top of the body wash placed on the wall. Also, we wanted some ice and we were on the fourth floor and was told we had to go to the 8th floor for ice - there was no sign anywhere in the hotel that ice was on the 8th floor

Not many close restaurants. No parking unless you paid them $50 per night No gym or really any facilities except the room room needed repairs. Unfinished drywall repairs on the ceiling outlets by bed did not work

it is very well located. Close to a metro station. Close to a WholeFoods Market. It was very nice to stay here! They installed a microwave inside our room. (we was with 2 babies). Very usefull. I also used I self-laundry that is located in 4th floor! Perfect!

For some reason, even though there were four of us on the reservation, they kept giving us only three towels.

The heating in the room wasn't working, when we increased the temperature, overall room temperature actually dropped. We got a space heater for the room when we complained about it but it didn't help much.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable beds. The room and bathrooms were spacious. It was good I could use Chromecast to watch Netflix shows on TV. I loved that there was a small store in the hotel from where I could buy anything I wanted. The location was very nice, close to the metro and important tourist destinations.

It was very cold in our room. We were there in April and not sure if there is no central heating or it was already off for a season, but we had to ask for a room heater , which they provided, but those are noisy, and I am always nervous to leave it work all night

I did not like that they only offered valet parking, and that the charge was $50.00 per day! Extremely expensive, considering that the public parking was around $23.00 per day.

External noise was a factor. Noise from early morning airplanes, noise from people on the street. I know that the hotel is not really in a position to do much about these things. The parking charge of $50 per day was, I thought, a bit excessive.

Air con controlled by building, the room was freezing, got an extra blanket and a heater. No buffet breakfast

The windows allowed a good amount of air flow into the room . They could use weather stripping.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. Never ran out of hot water which was a huge bonus.

Had difficulty regulating the room temp, but not sure if that was user error. Parking is super expensive (not surprisingly), although there is a parking garage about 2 blocks away.

Location was excellent - safe, and close to Foggy Bottom metro station and plenty of restaurants. Could walk all the way to the Hill when we wanted to, or take the train. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, everything was clean.

Not super close to bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Too many steps to entrance and check in. Hard to manage with heavy luggage.

Location was very nice, walking distance to monuments and museums. Rooms were quit and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful.
