The beds were very hard, the sliding door was extremely hard to open, we only received one parking pass not two and received a ticket for not having the other pass. We waited till after four to get into our room because the code they gave us didn’t work

The refrigerator went out and a small one was brought in but leaked. The sheets on the queen bed was not the right size and there where no bedding for the pull out bed.

The washer didn’t work properly and the dryer made a weird noise and pulled some of our sweatshirts. They should be updated. A trash can would have been nice to have in the bathroom. The table on the balcony was broken.

You can’t beat the location! The condo decor and furniture was actually more updated than the pictures that were sent which was a pleasant surprise. It was incredibly clean.

The living room has an old couch that stinks and the carpet need a replacement. The matresses need a replacement too, you don't feel the hardship of the matress, and the hvac need a stronger fan.

The location, the view from the balcony, the amenities and the apmt was well equiped.

I would have liked to have had a front desk staff member available on the property to answer any questions or problem solve. The code that l was originally sent did not work. I had to call a number to get another key code.

The location was great for shopping and easy access to the beaches. The rooms were nice and clean.

There were several roaches, which was the worst part. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. Ironing board needs replacing. There also weren’t any parking passes in the room.

The staff was extremely nice, and helpful. Especially Matt. It is in a nice and convenient location. Felt safe.

The master bedroom smoke alarm had the batteries removed, which is a safety concern. The remotes had missing backs for the batteries and I had to change the batteries in one remote. There needs to be more linens offered (no fitted sheets were available for the pull-out sofa bed or the blow up mattress. We did not use the blow up mattress. however, we did use the soda bed. Extra blankets and extra pillows would have been nice. We had to go out and purchase extra blankets. There was no coffee, coffee filters or coffee, which would have nice, we had to go out and purchase. There were 6 ladies and no extra trash bags, which would have been helpful also.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The natural light from the windows/door. The balcony was fantastic and the view was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Easy entry (we received a code prior to arrival). The Wifi was high speed & fast. Not sure if any of the pools are heated, but I do not believe so. If they were, it would be ideal. On demand hot water, but the master shower didn't have very good water pressure.

The bed needs to be replaced, making noise just sitting on it. Could not enjoy balcony from 22 floors up.

The location was good, and I did not have to go too far for needs and luxury.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have remotes for front two rooms when we really needed them which did not allow me to watch tv in bedroom or the first night. Didn’t like the small bedroom too small. I would have liked more towels, and I would have liked an early check in. I didn’t like having to smell weed coming from the condo below as we were trying to enjoy sitting on the balcony Saturday night.😡😡

Property was in a good location and I loved having a full balcony. Love the space in master bedroom and bathroom. Dinning table was great to have for our game night. The view of the pools were awesome.

Our condo was nice, however it was very outdated like had dvd players and only 2 of the 4 tvs worked. And we started to see small roaches the day before we checked out.

The property was in walking distance to the beach. You don’t have to check in, just go straight to your condo. Very large balcony and kid friendly pool.

I didn’t like the communication with how we checked in and got into the actual room …..we had to call 5 times to get the right door code….i don’t think this location should be on booking.com since there isn’t a front desk at this location

When first walking in just looking around the place was spotless, but the sleeper sofa wasn’t clean and neither were a few of the pillows. We had to call the water company a few different times, but they corrected the issues right away which actually is a like. Otherwise everything was PERFECT. We would stay here again.

I loved the location and the view from the room. We could walk to the beach, shopping wasn’t far, and plenty of restaurants near.

We was suppose to have parking passes in the room at check in. It took 3 days to get a parking passes and we had to pay for them until we received them. and when they sent someone to bring the passes they only brought us one and we told them we need two and never received the second one.

Increadible view on sunset. Close proximity to beach. Appartment and balcony are big and comfy. Cheaper than nearby hotels.
