Room quite snug but expected in manhattan. I would have appreciated some form of room guide (this may have been online and I missed it) as I didn’t find the safety deposit box until I was leaving (it was concealed in a drawer under the bed). Although I didn’t mind, some people may not like being able to hear noise from the rooftop bar if they are in a room on 26. Also if flying from JFK leave plenty of time. Took me nearly 2 hours to get back there in a taxi as the west side of midtown is incredibly congested. This was at 2:30pm.

Clean, fresh and well located for the conference centre (15 mins walk), really enjoyed my stay. Thankfully had breakfast included in the room rate as this was of a very high standard. Would work out quite expensive if you paid daily. Loved the rooftop bar and cocktails (right next to my room on 26). Also good small shop and bar on ground floor. I particularly liked the bathroom products and the inclusion of a clothes steamer rather than an iron. Also mini fridge a great addition. All of the staff very friendly and helpful 😊.

No coffee maker. I couldn't make my nightly tea. The upgraded floor fee is not worth it. We paid extra to be on the 20th floor and we just looked at people on higher floors in the building next to us.

Had some issues with the payments which no one couldn't quite sort out. We're still waiting for our money back (but they did apologise, to be fair)

Lack of Tea/coffee facilities in the room. We were there for 3 nights but only given a voucher for one morning to get a coffee downstairs. Happy hour in the bar was understaffed so you could only get one drink during that time.

The hotel smelt amazing when you walked in. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel decor was trendy and modern.

The location is great in general, but there are some dodgy corners in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Nothing to be worried about really. I would say the hotel itself is much nicer than some of its immediate surrounding.

Tastefully designed lobby, rooms and bar. Our room had a good size for New York standards. Great gym. The bar offers a skillfully chosen selection of wines. Very nice breakfast.

The standard room is small but it is New York where hotel rooms are typically. I'd describe the rooms as 'small but perfectly formed'

Fantastic location which makes getting around Manhattan very easy. Very pleasant staff who were attentive and friendly. Facilities in the hotel are excellent with a lovely rooftop terrace for late afternoon/night time drinks.

I stay 2times in this hotel during the trip. Both of the sheet can find tiny black dots. And the 1st room they give me. The lock is broken. But they do change me to a new room very quickly.

The location, lots of place is walking distance. And close to the subway and bus terminal.

As we were second floor, we could hear music from the lobby from 7am onwards. Also our room wasn’t cleaned every day which a shame, we had to ask on the second day - think it was due to being the first floor of rooms and cleaners started around 7am.

Gorgeous hotel with coffee shop, restaurant, bar and rooftop bar! Great location 5 minutes walk from Times Square, Penn Station and Hudson Yard.

The staff were lovely (shout out to Sidney for a great check in experience)! Hotel smelled gorgeous and it was a great location. Coffee shop on site had great options and we loved our stay. We will be back!!

Room service was slow & then for 1 full day no loo paper left & eventaully cleaned room & left empty loo roll in holder & no spare roll in toilet after making 2 calls to reception. Poor
