You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe shower did not drain and the hot water didn’t last very long. The unit is not clearly labeled and google maps takes you to the wrong location. Staff told us we needed to enter the property through a yard which was incorrect.

United States of AmericaThe bed needs to be replaced, it sinks in at the bottom. Patio furniture revamped/added. You do pay a pretty hefty cleaning fee, and are still required to take out all of the garbage, and start the dishwasher and a load of laundry before you depart. Clean up the cobwebs on the patio, too!
Location is perfect. Walkable to coffee shops, Lake Pagosa, and decently close to town. Patio is spacious - though there were only two very old dusty chairs out on it. Bathroom amenities are old and very “hotel like” where the whole text of the suite felt super “homey”. Door is broken and there is a spot on the wall however it is not dog pee- so the over exaggerators in the review below us can calm down :) there was no mold, or dirty dishes, or filth (that doesn’t come by staying in Pagosa) that you should fear. My friend and I had a very nice stay.

United States of AmericaAbsolutely filthy dirty. Dog hair. Dog poop pieces. Snacks from someone else on the floor. Bugs and mold in the bathroom. Everything is worn out and or broken. Absolutely disgusting place. Curtains are janky and difficult to open close. Sofa stained and stinking like dog. The most disgusting experience ever!
Dig pee on the walls. Absolutely filthy dirty. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Broken bathroom door. Mold and bugs in the bathroom. Disgusting place!
