The rooms were okay, a bit dated and we never received maid service at all, but we were overall happy with the value.

Amazing location for right on the beach and central to Kauai. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a very nice pool and hot tub with a poolside bar to relax at.

At first we were given a room that was not "partial ocean view" as requested. The room smelled musty, too. We were able to change to a room we'd been anticipating. We had to request extra pillows-- the ones we had were very flat. This did not keep us from having a wonderful stay!

I really loved the location of the property. It was perfect for long morning walks, quick trips to the Coconut Marketplace, easy access for tour pick-up, and the grounds are beautiful. I appreciated getting to know more about the local flora and fauna.

We had a room that had a TV the size of a TV monitor.

It is centrally located to everything. The staff are extremely sweet and nice and very helpful.

Beaches aren’t really swimmable along here. But nice to sit on the loungers, soak in the view and the sun. Others have noted the pool is cold. They’re wusses. It’s cool and refreshing when the sun warms you up.

Very good value. Clean. Better than I was expecting based on some reviews. Convenient location. Security on site which seems to help with the sometimes rowdy elements others have noted. I didn’t hear anything along those lines during my 2 days and nights. Staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. I think you do better if you book with Aston rather than an owner of a unit.

The parking is not up to Code (we checked for Kauai county). Parking spaces are so tiny that is very difficult to get in the car. While we were staying at the hotel someone scratched our rented car, we think, unintentionally, because of how small parking spaces are. We reported the incident to management, but besides telling us to call the police, they did not provide any help.

Location. Is right in front of the beach and you can see the sunrise. There are stores and restaurants nearby.

Two flights up with no elevator, only one night stand, not enough outlets, couldn't figure out how to use the coffee maker (an instruction sheet would have helped). WiFi a bit iffy (sometimes would go weak but then improve).

Beautiful location, very helpful front desk staff, proximity to neighboring Coconut Marketplace. The room had an excellent table and chair for using the laptop.

It was all good

I liked everything including the bed, the couch, the five pillows on a king bed. One of them being a king size pillow I put in between my knees slept all night. They had a full-size ironing board, not table size with an iron and a blow dryer two small bottles of body lotion three pump bottles in the tub shower consisting of gel soap, hair conditioner and shampoo. Plenty of Scott toilet paper rolls like three of them plus one on the wall. Plenty of hot water. I took a long hot shower and a long hot bath and refilled it so I think they have boilers. It had a Keurig pod coffee maker with two large coffee mugs and free coffee and tea with a microwave and a not so small refrigerator that was very cold. Plenty of wooden hangers. Plenty of under the counter shelves in the bathroom. The tub stopper you have to work with it's unusual but it is easy you push down the stopper. You turn the knob inside of the tub and push down at the same time and then the same thing to release it it's a large property. Three stories high but the stairwells are not wood. They are a cement it had a two seating table to eat at a coffee table, a sliding glass door with a balcony with two chairs on the table. A window with blinds a. RC A TV below. It was a type of dresser. Very quiet clean. There's a small kitchen sink next to the microwave. Plenty of lighting I would stay there if I were you

No daily cleaning, no bed making , no exchange of towels if you stay less than 5 nights if you want to exchange towels is $50 dollars. Seems a little crazy to me new, need to change this crazy rules, single mattress on the beds was not good, found ants crawling all over the table and dresser. I’m not the type of person to complain but for the price need more customer service

Excellent central location. Walked out to pool, spa, bar. 2 minute walk to Lava Lava- a great restaurant & bar. 1 minute walk to The Sleepong Giant- a BYOB low key excellent restaurant. The seared ahi was fantastic. No frills just excellent food. The beautiful beach right across the grounds. Shopping center across the way which I didn’t have time to explore.Free bike rentals and great paths. I’d definitely go back. Central location to go north or south.

Staff was very friendly and was able to get me my room at 11am. Due to me having to change hotels during the middle of my trip. Having a 10am check out from my other hotel and being able to accommodate me was really great. 👌
