Too small not much room to move around I keep on hitting my arm and head on the shower knob and the parking is very limited.

Close proximity to the Waikiki beach and walking distance to international market place. Perfect location but the property is a bit old. Overall our stay is very pleasant.

We were a bit unlucky regarding the particular time of our stay which happened to coincide with the Honolulu Marathon! The race started at 3 am and the main area happened to be just on the beach right in front of all the hotels, so you can imagine the disturbance from the music, pep-talk and cheering crowds and excited participants. Despite the lack of sleep, still happy with our choice and hope the Marathon went well for everyone.

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Honolulu. We got a room with a sea view even though not requested. The hotel offered everything we needed and expected. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel seemed to hire employees with disabilities, which is a nice social responsibility gesture. In addition, everyone was kind and service-minded.

The hotel is a bit older and could use some updating. You have to get ice and water at the front desk which is a little weird, but because of the uniqueness of the hotel, that's what they have to do. It worked out fine, never had a problem getting either plus beach towels! Our room was pretty small, but for just two of us and a short stay, it was fine. It was very clean and neat, bathroom was clean. The only negative was the walls are thin. You hear a lot between guests coming and going to the elevator running.

We stayed at the hotel for two days prior to a cruise. The location was excellent because it is directly across from the beach. Shops, restaurants etc. are all easily accessible and abundant. The check in process was smooth, quick and very friendly. Because of the unique shape of the hotel, views are great, but if located further back from the front, they're not that nice.

The rooms are a bit outdated and some repairs need to be performed. We received a room on the top floor and the issue was with the cleaning staff, they made a lot of noise very early in the morning.

The location is very good, very close to anything we wanted. It is also great that they have private parking. The room is pretty big and the view if you choose a room with the ocean view, is amazing.

The bathroom is a little grubby around the edges and in the tile grout on the floor. I worked as a maintenance engineer in a large chain and I understand that the facility is older but attention to the details absolutely makes the difference in older establishments like this one.

The rooms were tight so the available beds were smaller than normal (e.g., two double beds instead of two queen beds)but as a one-night pre-cruise selection it was more than fine.

Bathroom , carpet and chair needs updating.

Location was great, right across from Waikiki beach. Close to many restaurants. Room is smaller than it appears in photos. It’s older and needs shower renovation. Staff was excellent. Our room was ocean front, so amazing views! Building was secure as you always had to use key card to gain use of elevator. With it being a smaller hotel, there was no long waits for the elevator.

I paid extra for the upgraded room but when it was discovered the door was not secure and maintenance would need to come to fix/secure the door…I should have been compensated or at least given a partial credit.

I had room 1404. Being in a full ocean view room was great! As soon as I checked in, the door was opened by a stranger while I was getting dressed. Staff came to change keys but I discovered the door was not latching and anyone could access the room.
