Found a few roaches on the towels in the bathroom, I’m handicap, and they did not have a handicap accessible room on the first floor, they didn’t offer a shuttle to and from the airport. There was no continental breakfast. The rooms furniture was out dated, and the king bed was two twins pushed together making it uncomfortable to get close with my significant other without falling in a big hole in the middle of the bed.

Love the kitchen,the space inside the rooms, the location to the beach and the rest of waikiki. Loved the staff, they were very helpful, and took care of any issues immediately. The views are stunning.

The sofa bed, although very large, was uncomfortable for an adult.

Location good. Only a short walk to Kuhio Beach. Great to have beach towels supplied. We were on 36th floor with great views of the mountains.

We had issues with the cable but they were promptly addressed by staff and the sauna is closed for renovations.

The staff/front desk were excellent. Premises is clean and quiet. Location to the beach is perfect.

The furnishings and lounge furniture was rather old as was the carpet. However everything was clean and kitchen appliances etc were well maintained.

Location walking distance to Waikiki beach. Easy access to bus and trolleys.

I liked the location, south end of waikiki, less crowded and noisy. Easy walk to beach (and the beach on south side has rocks in shallow cleared out and walls protecting against waves). Good facility. Pool, large area. Bbq pit. Easy to get beach towels. I really like the suite style with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

It was in a fabulous location with some great sea views. The apartment had everything we needed and saved spending money on meals out if we wanted as had a full kitchen. Definitely will stay here again.

the complementary late checkout is just one additional hour (1PM instead of noon), they charge an additional $100 + tax = $117 to do a later checkout, what seems expensive for the hotel. Additionally, the late checkout is not guarantee, and can only be arranged on the departure day. i wouldn't consider this property a 4 star hotel, it needs renovation.

nice place to stay, great view, gentle staff, we were able to do a late checkout. Pretty convenient location, close to a part of the beach that is ideal for little kids. There is free street parking is available nearby, however hard to find sometimes. Overall it was a nice stay.

I was charged with an additional parking fee of $50 for losing a paper parking ticket, eventhough I still had the proof of payment (the receipt). The parking ticket was just a paper with handwriting. It should have been easy to just replace the ticket without additional fee.

The partial ocean view room provides beautiful sceneries of Diamond Head, the ocean and the hills behind Waikiki

The whole facility could use a good facelift. The rooms were comfortable but are showing their age. Our first room was a handicap ADA room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower leaked from the bathroom all the way to the kitchen because it was an open shower. Even if the curtain was used properly, it still drained into the other room.

The staff were all wonderful, friendly, and professional. When we had an issue with our first room, they accommodated us immediately. The upgrade was not ADA but my ch better in a lot of other ways as seen in my pics.

The gym rules are a little strict and it is very outdated in the hallways and the gym. The front desk could have also provided a bit more info on the rules of the place and the times things are open/where things like towels are located etc. Felt like I had to keep going to the front desk to ask a lot of questions.

Great location. The room was large and had lots of space and everything we needed! Full kitchen and a beautiful view. The communal pool area and bbq area was great and there is a really nice view from there. Close enough to walk to most places and just a few blocks from the beach. Loved it!
