The television system was so bad, we could never really use it. Three different times staff came into the room to help us use it. We were never able to enjoy TV. It’s waaay too complicated. Very frustrating for a very rainy visit.

It was not very clean. The bathroom floors were very dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Water stains on the walls and ceiling. All the surfaces had dust of grime on them.

Shower head was low so I had to stoop down a bit to get under it.

Once we stayed in a room that was cold, like low- to mid-60s, and when we asked the front desk clerk for an extra blanket, he said they didn't have any. And on our first stay, we couldn't get the TV to work, and neither could the front desk clerk.

The view of the marina and the bridge is hands-down the reason we stay at the Riverwalk Inn and why we recommend it to friends, but the staff have always been very friendly and professional, and the rooms are perfectly comfortable. The breakfast is decent too. I've seen reviews that complain about it not being right in the heart of town, but I actually think that's a plus, and it is on the riverwalk.

The stairs... with the luggage we had, it was a challenge getting them up, and a crooked staircase caused a little balance issue. The mention of a couple having a little extracurricular in the things that were liked should be here, as was with my daughter, and that wouldn't have been very good for her to see. The directions from GPS were a little off, and if you made the wrong turn, you have now crossed the bridge (which was cool), but that took some time to cross back and forth.

View of the harbor was so cool, we might have seen a couple getting a little frisky on one of the porches, so whether it is a positive or a negative, that's your own thing. The room was comfy, the staff was super cool, and the view was super fun.

You could tell it is an older hotel. Minor touch ups both interior and exterior could eventually be applied.

Surprised about the bunk beds. Size of room was bigger than expected. Surprised at the room also having appliances like a fridge and microwave. Shower pressure was a little overpowering. Cleanliness was better than expected.

The room and furnishings could have been a bit cleaner. Walls are very thin, so when folks next door talk or shower, you can hear everything.

The bed was awful, with memory foam that literally embedded us. No curtains to cover from the balcony on the marina while let light in; there only was a full-dark set of curtains.

The location is excellent, the view on the marina is wonderful. They have a nice little gym room with a couple of treadmills

Mattress was memory foam and harder than we were accustomed to. Toilet did not stop running when flushed and made very loud noise until someone returned to jiggle the handle.

First room had heat that would not turn off. 2nd room heater would not turn on. Deck and chairs were covered in bird poop that we cleaned using broom and bath soap

Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the marina, and view of the bridge. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. It seems to be an older hotel with some updates needed, but nothing that ruined my stay. I’ve stayed there before and certainly would again. Great price as well compared to other hotels in the area. Staff were awesome as well, both day and evening shifts.
