There were roaches crawling on the bed. Floors were nasty. Police knocked on doors looking for info on a missing child. Paid for 2 days only stayed one.

This place is disgusting the rooms are not clean prepare to clean your room the bedding is nasty burn marks everywhere water doesn’t get hot the outside needs to be pressure washed rooms are not sound proof you can here every one outside and it has roaches

The rooms where not up to par. Paint was peeling, bathroom wasn’t all the great, but the worst of it all.. was the fact that there where bugs everywhere. On the walls, on the floor, and in the bathroom. I had to wake up to my literal 3 day old Son crying because he had like 3-5 cockroaches covering him. It was a rather horrific sight to see especially after having just lost my house, and didn’t have a place to go for me, and my wife. I do not recommend for those who have families there. I would rather get a room at The Developer Hotels which is near the JAX airport for $70. Despite there being a $100 Deposit vs. the $20 one here. I would rather pay the $100 than see Roaches swarming my newborn son. Oh, and the fun didn’t stop there. About 12 hours later a roach came out of my shirt while I was driving in my car, and it almost caused a crash with my family in it. Please if you want better reviews, and better business. Invest in pest control. If you can afford to give people lodging, then you can afford Pest Control. That is all.

Staff was somewhat nice. Location was also convenient it was close to convenience stores. Nearer to the city center.

I know it was cheap but what bothers me it’s the cleanliness was bad, I tried calling the office they had said they doesn’t offer service room, I mentioned I’m not asking for service the bathroom was already dirty upon my arrive and she didn’t offer to solve my issue. And the worst part was the roach 🪳 coming down my bed I couldn’t even sleep. I would have sleep in my car if I knew.

I believe this place will administrated could make good money and help a lot of people in need.

the beds came with 1 flat pillow each and all the linens had stains on them. the microwave was covered in rust and food crud and the nightstand drawer was broken. the bathroom and sink/counter top were filthy. the curtains had holes burnt into them and there was only 1 functioning lightbulb aside from the overhead light in bathroom.

it was easily accessible from the Highway and had several 24hour business within walking distance

The place needs alot of work. Microwave needs replaced, there was holes in the sheets, one pillow per bed, room does not get cleaned, and had bugs in the room. The fact you have to put down a deposit in case you destroy something, I laughed when we walked in the room.

Well sleep was out of the question because we were on exterminating duties for most of the night. We only had a 3 night stay but the bugs were bad when lights were out so we'd leave the bathroom light on. They did exterminate 2 days after our check in. The parking lot could use some TLC. Wasn't bad for the price but I'm sure no one wants to wake up with roaches crawling on them. And it would be nice to have 2 pillows at least per a bed. Definitely could use some upgrades.

I love the location was great and convenient.
