Bathroom had a couple of bugs we had to kill. Bathroom needs to be redone. It has some issues with the caulk falling apart and paint peeling. Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. After walking to the bathroom and back to the bed our feet were black due to the carpet being dirty Breakfast included persists as a breakfast bar or two mall muffins. Disappointed about that, but over all was very well worth the money.

The beds were very comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. Ac worked great!

There wasn't really nothing not to like but we did see that alot of travelers came to that hotel to stay so that shows they also love the stay there as well.

I love crisp and clean the hotel room was; everything was furnished so great and I love the amenities that came with the room and also the staff was very friendly and welcoming which was awesome for me...Everything was explained in full detail of my reservations for our stay. The pool was so fun and they had toys in the pool for us to play with; which was a plus🥰😘☺

No breakfast grab and go . Coffee and muffin, This room was very clean, especially the corners. My pet peeve is dirty bathrooms, dirty corners, none here. We had a small problem at first, nothing big, squeaky bathroom door , it was fixed within the hour. Staff friendly, very helpful about where to eat. Etc

Mm, nothing really. The only smallest thing, but it's common for motels, for some reason - no garbage bin in the restroom (where, quite logically, it should be put first)

It's a motel with hotel features. Good location (not on the road and close to the downtown), nice and spacious hall, friendly staff. Also, the bed (king size) was great - not only the size, but the mattress and pillows (it really matters). The AC unit wasn't especially noisy. The room was very clean, and even had a small kitchenette area, and a big refrigerator.

Moldy bed situation and room service. I think the indoor rooms were probably better kept than the outdoor rooms. Not sure but my husband and I might not have enjoyed our stay if we stayed in that room. As for room service, we left the card on the knob everyday hoping the room would be waited on but would come back to no room service. Room service came when we were present which was fine because we could just ask for towels if needed but we just wanted a change of sheets. We didn't bother pestering anyone about it because we ended up getting a two bed room so we switched out when needed. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay for the most part

I appreciate that we were accommodated with a different room after having a room that contained mold on the bed. The staff was very polite and patient in helping us.

I only had one thing that I feel is a complaint but I will not say that it was all together the hotel bed that I couldn't rest in because I don't rest well at home either.. the bed was very well nice and clean..

there is no elevator on site. I have a bad knee and my husband has asthma. carrying our luggage to the second floor was terrible.
